The optimist in me thinks that these are good appointments that could help progress this season. The pessimist in me thinks that they are yes men who wont rock the boat and concur that waving the white flag away to the big 6 is the only way to go.

I thought I read on here that Mark Robson had gone to Wolves to be part of Gary O'Neil's team? Anyway, hopefully bringing in the U21 manager to the first team can only help integrate the younger players into the 1st team picture and bringing in John Heitinga, the Ajax interim manager from last season, looks like a good move with Alvarez and Kudus around.
