Most of the species are familiar to us in the UK, but there are some 'exotics' (the cranes - wow, what a noise!) It was filmed in Belarus. The guy has a channel you can subscribe to. Also the Jackdaw's second clutch has hatched, they are noisy too when the parents arrive with food. Also had a small group of rock doves, never seen the here before. All Wood Pigeons and Collared Doves. The owls have gone quiet though, I am suspicious..."

Literally wasn't there 30 seconds before!! Proper made me jump. I think it was a blackbird!! Then this evening the must have been about 12-13 magpies all having a loud chat in a neighbours tree, weird day for birds today!"

I saw a chiff chaff singing proudly from the top of a oak tree. Their call is quite distinctive but in the past I've rarely actually laid eyes on one.
