Hamas attack Israel
"Or should i say they are attacking to get THEIR land back. Good luck to them. The World will watch and do nothing to help them as they always do, shame on us."

"The Tories including Starmer (He’s married to one) are controlled by Zionists ,what we’re witnessing now is state manipulation of the masses by msm and social media , what they fail to mention is that Palestine are forbidden from having their own army, air force or navy thus opening the media floodgates that Hamas are terrorists, blatant manipulation of the press towards Palestinians."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"There’s been several reports that Israel and Netenyahu was told an attack was coming but didn’t ramp up security. Which, apparently, is odd considering they should have been on high alert because it was a holiday. It does seem like this attack gives Netenyahu all the ammunition he needs to destroy Gaza with good PR behind them. That’s a bit too conspiracy theory-ish for me; so I’ll wait on that one."
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"The pressing question is why did the Israelis (well, the US to be exact) not foresee the attack, with all the sophisticated surveillance and intelligence available to them? I would not put it past the CIA / Mossad to have detected that it was being planned and prepared, but to have decided to do nothing about it: it would after all give Israel the ""legitimacy"" for a full-scale invasion of Gaza and expulsion of the Palestinians living there, with the explanation that it is necessary for homeland protection. As the saying in Israel goes: ""see you at the coast!"""

Re: Hamas attack Israel
threesixty has pretty much nailed it below. Apart from overlooking who is behind some of these muslim terror groups (not just Iran) and why its in their interest to prolong conflicts in the region.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Those lefties outside the Labour conference waving Palestine flags should be sent to Gaza to continue their protests or maybe even Israel.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Palestinian Hamas are fighting a proxy war for Iran against the USA via Israel. You've got to be ignorant, blind, biased or anti-Semitic to not see that. Israel won't bother, except for the media minutes it creates, with the Gaza Strip or the West Bank - they will go straight for Iran once adequate weaponry arrives (from the US - who also triggered this by freeing up $6 billion of Iran's assets). Iran couldn't care less how many people die in Gaza or the West Bank. Once you understand and accept that you may start to see the true picture here. I don't think (read ""hope"") that it will go nuclear, but, as they say, pull the tiger's tail once too often and..."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
I think this is a good article that looks a little bit beyond mentalist fighters/murders/war mongering mentalists. https://unherd.com/2023/10/israel-and-the-rise-of-a-new-world-order/ A World not dominated by the USA or by the West in general. I recognise that that is almost impossible for many to understand but some see it as their goal. It would assume economic alliances not linked to the USA or the dollar.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
I really don’t understand what Hamas’ goal is here. It makes them look like complete cunts and sways any non-Muslim opinion further pro-Israel. I see Rachel Riley is now making it a hate crime to show a Palestinian flag. So slowly but surely the eradication of Palestine has begun.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"I understand that Hamas' main objective is the destruction of Israel. I don't believe they have indicated they will settle for anything less. The fact that the Palestinians voted for Hamas and Hamas has been in control of Gaza for years now seems to mean there is no solution beyond who is more powerful than the other. As Israel is not going to negotiate itself out of existence. So I struggle to understand the free Palestine narrative? How can you free someone who wants to kill you? If Israel said tomorrow they are letting go of all restrictions how many Israeli's would be dead the following day? I just can't think of a solution. Even the IRA could find something the agree on. ANC didnt want to kill every white person they saw, they just wanted to be free. Feels like Palestine need to ask for and prove they want just a bit less than total annihilation of their enemy no? Hopefully I've got this wrong, and someone can put me straight here?"

"I suspect the general public will, indeed, wish to keep the UK out of this one, but (already apparent) affiliations in both the mainstream media and parliamentary administration make that very unlikely. ABC's, innit?"

"Just like Ukraine, 2 sets of intolerable people having it out with each other. I just hope we keep out of this one. The world was certainly in a much safer place when Trump was in charge."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"This could be interpreted as getting ahead of the story. For context there were reports as early as last year that weapons sent to Ukraine were going astray, with suggestions they were being sold to criminal gangs in europe and terrorists in the middle east. From Ukraine Pravda Russians give Hamas trophy weapons to discredit Ukraine – Defence Intelligence ALONA MAZURENKO — MONDAY, 9 OCTOBER 2023, 13:05 51186 Russians give Hamas trophy weapons to discredit Ukraine – Defence Intelligence PHOTO: GETTY IMAGES The Russian occupiers handed over trophy weapons manufactured in the USA and the EU and captured during the hostilities in Ukraine to Hamas militants. Defence Intelligence of Ukraine says Russia is preparing to discredit Ukraine to affect the attitude of allies and the provision of Western weapons. Source: Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine Quote: ""The aggressor state Russia uses the attack of Hamas terrorists on the state of Israel for a large-scale provocation against Ukraine. Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine informs that the Russian Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has already delivered trophy weapons manufactured in the USA and EU countries and captured during the hostilities in Ukraine to Hamas militants. The next step, as the Russians' plan foresees, should be fake accusations against the Ukrainian military of allegedly selling Western weapons to terrorists regularly."" Details: Ukraine’s intelligence believes that the Russian occupiers intend these fakes to form the basis of a series of ""revealing publications"" and ""investigations"" in the Western media. Only the latest news, only the facts, only the truth. Follow Ukrainska Pravda on Twitter! They also emphasise that, for the sake of persuasiveness, the Russian special services intend to use the relevant comments of the traitor from the Ukrainian Border Service, senior lieutenant Ruslan Syrovyi, who recently fled to Moscow. The provocation of the Russians is aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces and the full stop of the flow of military aid to Ukraine from Western partners."

"One of the bigger issues, for me, is if ""brotherly"" and ""sisterly"" associated terrorist groups and individuals around the world (including a few anti-Semitic muppets among us) see this as the signal they've been waiting for to act against the west (that feeds and houses them)."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"If and when, the IDF decide to launch a major ground-offensive in Gaza (not sure this such a good idea) there will be a major kick off in most European countries that have significant muslim populations. There will be carnage and quite a few countries will struggle to contain it. Israel has had its 9/11 apparently, maybe we will see another Kristallnacht."
