Hamas attack Israel
"Or should i say they are attacking to get THEIR land back. Good luck to them. The World will watch and do nothing to help them as they always do, shame on us."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Thank goodness the US contingency plans to attack Iran are safe and secure and not in a toilet or golf club somewhere.
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"""I'm with Hamas on this one the 4Bs have been taken the piss killing civilians for decades now they are getting some back."" Israel have been no angels but I just cant get behind killing and raping innocent women and children. Hamas are animals. Think of how many are in the US now, Iran have been keen to point out that our Southern Border is a soft target. Vigilance is a must."
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"As ex Army I have to admire the way Hamas went about their business, don't know/care about the politics. When I hear of a gun attack and 2-3 people get shot I think, how did they manage to only do that? Again, no politics or judging of shootings but really, 2-3? Hamas did their attack on the button, no messing about. Never understood 'Rules of war', killing is killing, war is war. They did their job well, Israel has always given it that they are the best in the world reference information. Not the other day they weren't"

Sydney - you don’t think Russia and Iran are allies? What do you think Russia gave Iran for the thousands of drones they used to kill Ukrainians with?

Re: Hamas attack Israel
If Hamas set out to destroy pretty much any support they had in the outside world then they have succeeded. Having said that it’s not done them much good to this point.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"I see the BBC still won't refer to Hamas as anything but a Militant group, even though they have been declared a terrorist group, apparently the BBC think the term ""Terrorist"" is too judgmental? FMOB. See Zelenski is blaming the Russians, not sure he does himself any favors at times as he blames everything on the Russians, sure if you asked him about the Goal at Spurs that didn't stand, he would blame Moscow!"

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Slops - you’re saying both Russia and Iran aren’t part of the anti-western alliance you actively support? Still living in your pretend world.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"I see Zelensky is claiming Russia is behind this. 'We have data very clearly proving that Russia is interested in inciting war in the Middle East. So that a new source of pain and suffering would erode global unity and exacerbate cleavages and controversies, helping Russia in destroying freedom in Europe. We can see Russian propagandists gloating. We can see Moscow’s Iranian friends openly extending a helping hand to those who attacked Israel. All of this represents a much greater threat than the world is currently aware of. The world wars of the past were triggered by local aggressions. We know how to counter this threat. We have already prepared the necessary steps. And our primary goal is to protect the need for maximum global unity.' Worryingly sounds less like a 'counter' to the threat of WW3, and more like support to kick start it."

"The thing about this is that its briefly put the trannies, pooftas, ruskies and ukrainians down the ladder and put the bagles and mussies up it a tad. They’ll all keep killing eachother nonetheless."

"goose 8:37 Mon Oct 9 Disgusting really, an NHS doctor can mock the dead and celebrate what Hamas has done without repercussion from her employer, but i bet if she criticized Trans activist or defined what a woman was and men couldn't have baby's she would be sacked. UK, Dogs etc"

"riosleftsock 11:41 Cheers fella. Think we're probably saying the same thing, although you've articulated it better than I. Feel the US are there purely for 'assistance' should other powers decide to become involved. Something they've been itching to do for years, as Iran appears to be an itch that the US isn't willing to scratch. Until now."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"MMG My reading of the 8th fleet support is that Israel is short of artillery and small arms ammo since the US raided the joint strategic reserve of Israel about 8 months or so ago to send to Ukraine (I wrote a post about this on the Ukraine thread that Adolf Northbank deleted) but it wasn't picked up. the US has started transferring ammo form bases in Jordan and Iraq to Israel, but these are not sufficient to cover all threats. Israel can deal with Hamas without support, but whether it could deal with an attack from the North if Hezbollah are supplemented with units form the Iranian Republican Guard is a different matter. The IDF is not the same force it was even 10 years ago. Still, the next series of Fauda will have plenty of material to work with"

Re: Hamas attack Israel
riosleftsock 11:22 Not entirely sure Israel really needs 'boots on the ground' (in the air) assistance in this battle. I think a US battle carrier group arriving in the eastern med tells us all we really need to know fella. This shit's about to get real.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Pickle The EU has rowed back (or forward a bit) and clarified that all aid to the Palestinian authorities would be reviewed. There will be questions asked about how Gaza authorities spent the enormous (700m Euro) aid they have received. Its a pertinent question that should have been asked ages ago. But no, they have waited until European civilians have been slaughtered by Hamas terrorists that the EU has funded. Next will be the questions as to exactly who and where Hamas bought their weapons from."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
I see Hamas has been successful in turning the civilian population in Gaza into victims of your reaction. But I am glad the EU at least has the clarity of mind to continue emergency humanitarian aid. I hope the regime in Tel Aviv won’t need to hold a referendum to gain a mandate to let it through…
