Hamas attack Israel
"Or should i say they are attacking to get THEIR land back. Good luck to them. The World will watch and do nothing to help them as they always do, shame on us."

"Is it time for another crusade? Just need to get rid of the current Pope and have one that’s called Pope Urban or Pope Innocent. They’re quite unusual names and might be hard to get hold of one with the necessary credentials. On the plus side their names would only be in their IV or V, so easy to remember if they ever come up in a pub quiz."

"The # of Muslims in the world in now >2bil, up 400 mil since 2010. (45M in Europe). Do we think that what is about to occur in Gaza is going to illicit a positive response from them?"

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Solid I don't think I've ever posted anything that could make you think that. I believe in the sanctity of life, the death of a baby (for whatever purpose) is a tragedy for all of us. The life is lost, nothing will change that tragedy for the family. How the death was caused just says more about the mind of the perpetrator. If bodies were desecrated by rape, decapitation or beheading it just confirms the depravity of the individuals involved. I'm pretty sure all of my posts on here are warning to be very careful about rushing to judgments on stories like these as a lot of prpaganda will be put out by both sides. As you may be aware, I have family out there and would prefer this to end peacefully as soon as possiblle for the wellbeing of all concerned, sadly I think its unlikely."
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Rios : You really want the baby story to be true don’t you in fact you’re desperate for it to be true so you can carry on condoning Hamas and not Israel ,Israel are the oppressors not the oppressed."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"""No babies were beheaded and no woman were raped."" You clearly have a lot of knowledge about each individual death. Could you share them with us? What was the main cause of death? Lawnmower accidents? Slips, trips and falls? Fish-slapping? Irrespective of whether the US lies (it does) or whether Palestinians have a just cause (they do), the actions of Hamas have done irreperable harm to their movement, and will obviously lead to the deaths of tens of thousands and misery for decades for millions of people probably."
Re: Hamas attack Israel
The US lied about Iraq The US lied about Libya The US lied about Syria The US lied about Kuwait The US lied about Afghanistan ~ ~ ~ The US and Israel are lying about Gaza .No babies were beheaded and no woman were raped. They want to justify the Genocide happening now in Gaza.

The US did not ‘give’ them anything. None of that money was from the US.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Nutsin You're a loon. There have been countless court cases brought against the US by SWIFT that show the US does not control it. Of course, the US is entirely able to not authorise a payment in the same way that anyone can block a payment from their personal bank account. Or they can persuade S Korea to block it, if that's what's required. Conspiracy theory nit-wit."

"Nutsin The US does NOT control SWIFT, though it very much wishes it did. It has though, consistently attempted to spy on it and otherwise steal data from it."
Re: Hamas attack Israel
Exeter Because they use the swift system and the US controls it. Which is how they were able to freeze the funds in the first place. However they unfroze the funds as part of the hostage swap deal. Hope that helps!

"Nursin, they (the US) are not 'giving' them anything. It was money owed through South Korea that had been frozen. How can you frame that as the US giving Iran the money?"

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"So Blinken comes out and says there is no evidence that Iran was involved. Then we hear that Qatar and the USA has stopped the $6 billion payment to Iran. If there is no evidence they were involved why stop the payment, especially if it was a good idea to give them 6 billion? Or are they saying that after careful consideration we now realize it was a fucking bad idea to offer them the money in the first place? Any way you slice it - it shows how fucking stupid Biden and his administration are. Got to get them the fuck out of office before they do some damage we all get impacted by, which isn’t far off."

"WHU(Exeter) 9:05 Thu Oct 12 Probably to my shame - no. My brother did the turkey all morning on his Traeger smoker and it was moist and pretty amazing. The combined 18 hours driving there and back wasn't as nice. Mike Tom Connors is fine. That said, we can agree on Celine Dion."

"joyo 6:29 Thu Oct 12 Your logic is a bit flawed. You've just shown that God was a man. btw, as we now know, there is no reason why a virgin cannot give birth to her own child."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
What's wrong with expanding the land mass around the west bank that's equal to gaza? Or is that like asking Millwall to let West Ham have 1/4 of their home stand? Its all fucked regardless and no winners...just a degree of loss.

"There's a translation path that allows for the fact that the original translation of virgin meant an Olive Tree and not a young maiden at all. That would explain joyo's case for his defence - he has a self-documented association between himself, sex and trees."
