Even it was fired from Gaza, its highly unlikely to have been aimed at their own hospital. I would so though, based on the pictures on the bbc website (haven't seen any others) its hard to believe anything like 500 or 1,000 were killed, so Hamas should explain why they have stated this. I'd keep an open mind on this and see if we are ever told what happened with evidence."
