"Or should i say they are attacking to get THEIR land back. Good luck to them. The World will watch and do nothing to help them as they always do, shame on us."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Yet not triggered by other conflicts or atrocities like but not limited to: - Kicking out or killing Palestinians in their thousands (Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon) - Jordan and Egypt not accepting them as refugees or giving them a state when they controlled Gaza and the West Bank - The treatment of Uyghurs by the Chinese - Pakistan kicking out 100,000s of Afghans (happened recently) - The war and casualty toll in Yemen and other wars - The genoicde happening in Sudan / Darfur - The land conflict in India/Pakistan - The Ukraine and Russia war Tells me everything I need to know about why these people are triggered. No Jews, no outrage. If these people did not want Jews to feel like they need a homeland then they have a funny way of showing it. Just have to look at the rise of anti-semitism across the globe. Long live Israel and hopefully there will be real peace soon."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"There are about 14 million Jews around the world, representing 0.2% of the world population There are about 1.8 billion Muslims in the world which is approx. 24% of the world population Not difficult to work out Texas. Yet everyone is triggered by us having a slither of land that we call home and defending it and ourselves."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"As far back as the days of Militant there has been an.issue of anti semitism.of some on the left who.use Israel.as the focus of their issue with Jews but many have long upheld those same conspiracy theories that are contained in Hobb's book. A lot of it has shit all to do with Muslims. For those who.have HAMAS sympathies, they just had a safe home in a party run by Corbyn. This is a man after all who said some pretty disgusting things about Zionists. A very stupid thing to.do.given Chakrabati had already made it clear that the word was used interchangeably with the word Jew to hide antisemitic intent."

"I don‚Äôt think I was wrong Debs. When Corbyn was collecting followers and voters as Labour leader, he made lots of friends among the Muslim population. Their ‚Äòenemy‚Äô became his enemy. Jews offered Corbyn nothing but grief for his friends and supporters amongst the Muslim community and it ended up showing as anti-s?©mitismes. Corbyn‚Äôs final undoing was his clear and obvious anti-semitism that's infected Labour for a long time. The Piers Morgan interview was classic and showed that Corbyn could not bring himself to criticise his friends at Hamas for their terrorist behaviour in launching a merciless assault on Israel even though they are officially classified as a terrorist regime."

"Willtell I think.your analysis is wrong. The more likely and sensible ( yet still racist) explanation of Corbyns thinking is that he doesn't see Jews as being oppressed because he doesn't see them.as a group.generally suffering poverty obviously his view is bollocks and he is a massive hypocrite, who says and does obviously suspect things which can easily mark him.down as both a hypocrite and a racist, then he tries to back.out of them. I will give you an example. A fair while ago he write a foreword for a book by philosopher Hobbs which peddled age old anti semitic conspiracy theories. In his foreword he called the book a brilliant tome. He denounced the antisemitism.in tbe book.but stood by its brilliance when questioned. You.might reasonably suppose he didn't want the book.cancelled despite its racist content. Yet he wholly defended the tearing down of the Colston statue. If that isn't being massively hypocrite I don't know what is. Anyone claiming him.to be an anti racist or peace campaigner need to take a proper look at tbe man. He is neither of those things."
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Reading a newspaper journalist recently, cant recall his name, but he had a lot sympathy for the Palestinians however he thought that Hamas taking on the Israeli army was complete folly given the strength of their army. I agree, why poke the bear Look back to the 6 day war when the Israeli army defeated 3 Arab states Egypt,Jordan and Syria .The Irony is to of those states,Egypt and Jordan are the only 2 Arab states who recognise the state of Israel today. I see neither of those 2 states are interested in taking any refugees from Palestine. That's no surprise in the case of Jordan where after the 5 day war when I believe 100s of thousands of palestinians fled into the state resulting in PLO trying to overthrow King Hussain. There was survey prior to this current conflict that suggested that a least 30% + of Palestinians do not back Hamas but of course some of those are dying as well. Unfortunately. shit happens in all wars and innocent people die on both sides, just like people in Dresden and Hiroshima in the last World War."

"They’re not that insignificant yet, Brando? Morgan must have known he could get Corbyn in exactly the spot he ended up in I am surprised McClusky is still a free man after building a £7 million hotel for Unite that ended up costing £100 million."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Corbs and Mcclusky have always been jokes to a certain demographic. Nothing has changed. Neither are in the same powerful positions they were in. They are pretty insignificant now so why would anyone care what they think?
