Understood that the Israelis reckoned that one of the workers was carrying a bag that they said looked like a gun from distance and that that meant a Hamas operative was with the aid workers who had an agreed route and convey. So they blew up one vehicle and when people scrambled into one of the other vehicles they blew that up. And then did it a third time.
