The pen has masked the fact we are struggling with pace and movement at the back and in midfield. Need a centre mid “engine” dont think thats Rodriguez game?

Definite penalty. Lucky to still be in it to be fair. Hopefully we will now settle in and start playing like a team. Way too open in midfield and at the back. Paqueta insists on playing the difficult pass every time. Antonio looks like he was out on the piss last night. Kudus and Bowen have both been quiet. Areola off to a bad start.

Just what we needed. Will take time to get all the new players in the team and firing so we need to be pragmatic and patient. Be happy with a draw today. Game of two halves so who knows. Few changes 2nd half could make the difference.
