"It's not Noble's role to speak out about the club's financial decisions, and he's not obliged to do so publicly whatever the (affected) fans feel. Do I feel he has a moral obligation to do so? Possibly. Do I think he has a legal obligation to do so? Can't say as I've not seen his contract of employment."

Re: Mark
Marks been treated far better by the hierarchy at west ham united . Than Bobby Moore ever was . Different board different times . I didn't agree with him tackling the fan to the ground. Shouldn't have done it . Only he knows if he regrets it .
Re: Mark
"I'm glad that looking a bit of a silly cսnt, losing a token job you don't need or not being consulted in any future proposals that you will blatantly have no input on anyway is more important to Mr West Ham than local working class kids and families being able to watch West Ham play."

Re: Mark
"BillyJenningsBoots 1:50 Fri Aug 16 Agree with this and he may well have voiced opposition to it, but at the end of the day its not his decision, he's sporting director if anyone is to be dug out its the owners and finance directors, same would be true of players and coaches, Lopu and Steiden. And let's face it expect we have all seen stuff at work or had customers you don't agree with or like what they do, you can speak up but at the end of the day unless it's your decision, you have fuck right to decide the outcome if other don't agree, so spouting off will only see you looking a bit of a silly cսnt, losing your job or not consulted in any future proposals."
Re: Mark
"He's not a Sporting Director, he's employed to have bantz with the young players and help them find the best chicken shop in their local areas. The multi-millionaire could easily speak out on this vital issue for fans and make a real difference in the campaign to stop working class families and kids from being able to watch West Ham. He wouldn't miss the money this ""role"" brings him. Utter coward."

Re: Mark
For him to steal a living would mean he could have been easily replaced by one of our squad players…..it would be interesting to hear who should have played instead of him…..
Re: Mark
Noble is still stealing a living at the club the average footballer that he was. And before people he was better answer me why he was never picked for England and why no other club ever came in for him ?

Re: Mark
"As the Sporting Director of the club you expect him to speak out publicly against the Boards decisions... hmmmm his tenure would not last long. We dont know if he had the chance to air his views with the Board, he may well have we may never know, but if he did he is then not going to publicise that as he'd lose his job.."

Re: Mark
Why should the club have to explain itself to someone who lives on another continent about an employee of theirs that has contributed more than the questioner ever could?

Re: Mark
"Tex - I believe he's the link man between the academy players and the first team, whatever than entails exactly. I'd say it's fairly obvious that a job was just made up for him, but I'm glad he's still at the club, he's a figurehead, example, when he was representing the club at the European draws in France in recent years, a bit like a modern day Trevor Brooking and he looks good in a suit. You can see he's a good bloke to have behind the scenes, and the youngsters look up to him, when you see some of these behind the scenes vids etc."

"“If he is as West Ham as you can get as a fan, why hasn't he spoken out about the concessions issue?” Why hasn’t anyone else at the club either, Lopu, Stieden or any of the players, coaching staff or Doris the tea lady for that matter? I don’t agree with the concessions issue but ffs, all a bit hypocritical and moronic to try and pin it on Noble simply because he works for the club, what about Cole or Harewood or anyone of the ex players who do match day stuff or things for the club."
