We should be able to look for evidence of wrong doing and present it to the public, in our country. c) There is clearly evidence of wrong doing from Brand. Note 'evidence' does not equate to 'proven beyond reasonable doubt'. d) Women regularly don't report abuse for a range of reasons. Just because they haven't reported to the Police doesn't mean this stuff didn't happen. The documentary was reasonable and provided evidence of unacceptable behaviour, in the public interest. Should his current work be suspended whilst investigations take place? Yes. If he is investigated and the allegations are unproven then he should be able to continue in his work. Not sure why everyone seems to think you should take a black and white approach to this."
