"So, how does the US involvement (by proxy - credit available at reasonable rates; rebuilds on consultation) in the Ukraine compare with the US involvement (feet on the ground, bodies in bags) in Viet Nam?"

"Trundel most people in England get around on public transport, not in California, especially southern Cali. Everyone drives. There is plenty of Data Cappy, look at the CPI numbers for the last 3 months. Look at the services numbers especially. Listen to what Powell and the Fed are saying, listen to what Jamie Dimon and Larry Summers are saying. Look at the price of gold and Bitcoin. How many Trillions has Joe spent during our supply chain crisis? How many Trillions spent for our shitty GDP numbers you are wanking over? Stop fucking lying, you know what’s really going on."

"“Btw the Soviet Union tried to join NATO. Yeltsin made it known Russia wanted to join NATO, and the ex head of NATO admitted Putin wanted to “ This is just so infantile it’s cringe even for SBT2 As for the cost of living crisis in the US, there is no denying that the Trump voter has been especially hit as production shifted away from the industrial heartlands to the Far East. But it’s a process that has been taking place for a generation at least do laying responsibility at Biden’s door without actually proposing anything of substance is of course pure populist bullshit."

"Ag at slops getting mugged off, yet again, but Russian bullshit. It's really simple - Putin invaded - slaughter results. Stop looking to make excuses for that. It's pathetic. Gimp has literally no data to back his bullshit up, but he has his feelings - and he feels himself when he thinks about Trump. You think the orange Rapist will go down in New York, not like Stormy went down on him while his pregnant wide was at home."

"I’m sorry, joyo I thought they were rhetorical questions, to support your simplified belief. Didn’t realize you wanted a full historical breakdown of each occupied territory. Btw the Soviet Union tried to join NATO. Yeltsin made it known Russia wanted to join NATO, and the ex head of NATO admitted Putin wanted to join."

"Threesixty You need to stop reading the left wing Propoganda nonsense you’re being fed. The cost of living is through the roof, rents, interest rates, Insurance rates, gasoline prices, cost of food, everything is insanely high. Credit card debt is through the roof. Over $. 1 trillion in cred card debt for the US Consumer now. Highest ever. For the last 3 prints the inflation numbers are higher, so inflation is going back up. I’m not one for polls but even CNN and MSNBC are saying Biden is in a world of trouble and it’s mainly to do with the economy. According to them the Polls are flashing a big problem for Biden at the election. He is in trouble, a lot of people are hurting financially and it’s the poor people who are suffering the most, according to CNN’s polling a huge percentage of the black and Hispanic vote have shifted to Trump. Don’t believe what you read son, it’s not always accurate."

"“What’s it gonna take for you to admit that Biden is a disaster. He has lost control of Russia, Iran and Israel too.” I dunno - so far you nutjobs have succeeded in splitting the GOP in Congress on a matter that should be all about unity. Maybe foreign policy isn’t something you should be talking about much? After all, it’s Trump’s trade wars and bullshit rhetoric about migration that caused the supply-chain issues that triggered global inflation. How about you wankers focus your attention on really sorting out the basic problems facing people in the US for a change? All you do is talk bullshit like Biden not being in control in Russia while blocking any sensible policy move all the fucking time!"

Nutsin Are you personally doing badly economically under Biden? If the phrase “it’s the economy stupid” is true for election prospects he seems to be leading on every metric. I haven’t seen an article right now that doesn’t admit he’s done very well https://washingtonmonthly.com/2024/01/26/data-dont-lie-bidens-economic-record-is-much-better-than-trumps/

"Cappy, We are on the brink of world war 3 ffs. What’s it gonna take for you to admit that Biden is a disaster. He has lost control of Russia, Iran and Israel too. China flexing its muscles all around the Phillipines and Taiwan too. Domestically you have Jewish kids being told not to attend college as it’s not safe. The border is in crisis, crime rates are through the roof, illegals are getting tax payer money at the wxpense of America’’s poorest citizens. The economy is a disaster, inflation rates are up the last 3 months in a row, the U S is a service based economy look at the inflation numbers for the services it’s at 5.27%. We are now paying a trillion per year in interest on our debt, yet have you seen Biden’s budget ffs? He has got to go, we can’t afford another 4 years of this."

"joyo 3:38 Mon Apr 22 You do know Russia wanted to join NATO, right? Instead NATO have sort to expand needlessly towards Russia for the very reason pointed out decades ago by Brzezinski, at the expense of what George Keenan warned. ""The countries of Central Europe are clamoring for full membership of NATO as soon as possible, preferably before Russia recovers. Russia objects, not because it harbors any designs on its former empire but because it sees no advantage in consenting. Its national pride has been hurt and it is sick and tired of making concessions without corresponding benefits."" ""The fact that the present command structure of NATO is too lopsided in favor of the United States is well recognized by all parties; making NATO the pillar of the Partnership for Peace would hasten the process of adjustment. Specifically, it should induce France to reenter as a full member. That would serve as the test of the success of its internal reorganization. There is only one deficiency in this design: it leaves Japan out of account. Japan should be asked to join NATO. Then we would have the beginnings of an architecture for a new world order. It is based on the United States as the remaining superpower and on open society as the organizing principle. It consists of a series of alliances, the most important of which is NATO and, through NATO, the Partnership for Peace which girds the Northern Hemisphere. The United States would not be called upon to act as the policeman of the world. When it acts, it would act in conjunction with others. Incidentally, the combination of manpower from Eastern Europe with the technical capabilities of NATO would greatly enhance the military potential of the Partnership because it would reduce the risk of body bags for NATO countries, which is the main constraint on their willingness to act. This is a viable alternative to the looming world disorder."" George Soros - Toward a New World Order: The Future of NATO 1993."

One minute you're refusing to accept this is a US proxy war for regime change, the next you're arguing why it's a neccessity that Ukraine are funded to fight to the last man for that very reason."

"Thankfully, the prevailing understanding in Ukraine, US and Europe is that helping Ukraine defend itself from the invasion is not, in fact, an act of US imperialism. What other countries would the Kremlin have to invade before you accept it is Russian imperialism we are dealing with here?"

"I might have read it out of context JK because I generally don't pay much attention to what you and the other gutless traitors say, but Putin is trying to re-establish the empire. He's pretty much said it himself. And he's spent much of his time in office fomenting rebellion in former satellites that have leant towards the west. But of course it's all an American plot."

That’s right - Russian imperialism in Europe starts with Ukraine and is directly at odds with US interests. As it is at odds with Ukraine’s and the rest of Europe. Glad you’ve finally worked it out.
