"Regarding the long delays in women coming forward after being abused or assaulted, it's not good, especially trying to prove guilt of offenders, and I understand how many victims take time to build up the courage, or never manage to, but to counter this there should be a cultural education of the very young, when they are doing sex education, teaching them how, if assaulted, they should go to the police or authorities as soon as possible and teach them it is wrong to feel ashamed and guilty for being attacked. It should be common wisdom that sex pests rely on this and shouldn't get away with it.
