If, in your eyes, the judge did his job looked at it completely impartially, what different sentence would he have given? And if a judge wants to ""make a name for himself"" by giving harsher sentence for something that has been been a huge problem in Hollywood forever, more power to him. A lot of decent things get done everyday by people who aren't Mother Theresa."
