Photo doing the rounds over on RAWK.(Yeah I know.!) With Amorim and he’s agent flying over too Stansted as we talk. For a chat with us and Red Scouse. Still think it’s BS.

"£12.8m apparently. Less than we lost on the Vlasic transfer, I'd imagine."

"If there's any chance of Ruben Amorim coming, then we should be doing everything possible to get him."

Thought Amorim was going Liverpool. Definitely seems out of our reach so ambitious to say the least
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
Ornstein (reports a lot on West Ham) saying we're sniffing around Amorim EXCL: West Ham in talks over ambitious move for Ruben Amorim if David Moyes goes. Julen Lopetegui also assessed but Amorim current top target. #WHUFC said to appeal but unclear where they sit among 39yo’s options. Liverpool looks unlikely @TheAthleticFC
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Ten Hag bought Kudus to Ajax but only gave him 4 starts all season and when he went to Man Utd he took Antony with him instead. Yeah, Antony, one of the worst signings in PL history. So, big question marks about his judgement there."
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Gary O'Wall is not the worst choice. He has done well with limited resources at the 2 clubs he's been with and definitely improved the players he inherited, plays a possession based style etc. Both Bournemouth and Wolves were supposed favs to go down but he got Bournemouth clear with a bit to spare and Wolves are just behind us with nothing like the same levels of investment. He's not got the continental sexy name and of course has that Millwall background but its a case of getting someone in who can create a new ethos, provide a route and develop younger players etc. Fonseca is another who has created a really young exciting team but O'Neill has the advantage of knowing the league. Of course Sullivan will never pay a few million to get a manager, he prefers to waste 10s of millions on poor recruitment instead or at least he used to."

It’s gone too shit at the Salford Retail Park. Because the board and media are dining on past glories. And a fan base who have their heads firmly in the clouds.!

Pep is treading water now. He’s waiting for City to get busted. Mrs Guardiola to put her foot down and tell him she wants to go home. Or he get bored of the day to day BS. And try his hand at the international game.!

"""The Football under Ten Hag at Ajax was a decent watch. So it's a bit baffling how it's gone to rat shit at Old Trafford."" Yeah, that's why I had to ask. Ajax are known for playing great football, but Man Utd are fucking awful to watch, only slighter better then us."

The Football under Ten Hag at Ajax was a decent watch. So it's a bit baffling how it's gone to rat shit at Old Trafford. Athough that Club has been behaving from top to bottom like a circus so that's probably a lot to do with it. I'd probably give him a swerve for now having been scarred badly from this experience.

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
Anyone have an idea what ten Hag was like before he went to Man Utd? I literally have no idea what he was like at Ajax. I guess he'd be available in the summer and he's previously worked with Alvarez and Kudus.
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"If I was Tim Steidten I'd be tempted to say to Pep Guardiola... fancy proving that you are the best manager in the world by working with a handful of very good players, some really promising youth players and a generous but limited budget, Fantasy I know but it would be interesting to see what a really top manager could achieve with our resources, although as we have seen with Leverkusen, they have struck lucky with Alonso who has turning things around there in 18 months on a limited budget."

If bielsa was a few years younger I'd say him . Plays fast paced attacking football. And promotes youth players . Which is what made the club in the 60s . Steitden knows exactly what to do . Problem is Sullivan. Yet again.

True LT. Also I realise after a quick search that Luis Alberto is now 31 so he can do one too.

I wouldn't be a fan of replacing the oldest manager in the league with someone who's quite a few years older.
