Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"I can’t lie that he wouldn’t be my first choice or probably in the top five. Having done a lot of reading on him I don’t think him leaving wolves is that clear cut and he shouldn’t be judged on it. I do, however, think he would be huge improvement on Moyes and seems to bring unity with the fans and players seem to like him. He has also dedicated himself to learning the language and living in this country to learn what certain clubs mean to the fans, the history etc. (I get the impression it was us he was concentrating on)."
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"If that useless cսnt delivers what he did with Sevilla then I‚Äôm happy to have him in charge. Spain don‚Äôt tend to make useless cunts their national coach, and useless cunts don‚Äôt tend to go unbeaten in that role. I‚Äôm not sure what more ppl expected him to do with that wolves team. They were bottom 3 when he took over and he deliver something like 36 points from 28 games. They finished 13th. That‚Äôs saving a team from relegation."
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Gonna be Lopetegui as he's a useless cսnt and steady eddie which is right up sullivans street. Managed to win fuck all at clubs like porto and Real which is almost impossible to do. Spoke to a wolves season ticket holder who's exact words were:- We really appreciated what he done as we were a complete mess, but we were overjoyed when he left as the football was diabolical and under o'neil we all enjoy going again. From one boring cսnt to another, it's the west ham way."

"This thread is packed out with nothing but speculation and made up bollocks masquerading as fact. Everything written on here is fucking meaningless because no one knows what is happening. Oh, except that the manger formerly known as the Moyesiah is finished. I just wish that Sullivan would tell him. Anyway, one thing we can all be sure of is that we’ll be sorely dissapointed with whoever replaces him."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
ludo21 2:46 He did but I do wonder if some of that was blowing smoke up the player’s arse even if it did sound utterly cringeworthy. I’m only speculating as his modus operandi is to continue to play ‘his’ players even if they are a piece of shit and use any little excuse to not give players who are ‘not his’ zero game time and Phillips really wasn’t given many chances. Or it’s all true and the bloke was just so much more pony than even Moyes could have dreamed that he literally had no option! Either way what a fucking waste of money and what a shit player he’s been for us.

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
Lee Trundle 2:52 Absolutely. His dithering or acute case of the yips when faced with buying a player could be a blessing in disguise. And while Phillips was a ridiculous waste of money at least we can send the useless fucker straight back where he came from rather than being stuck with him when we have a far superior player at the club and a de ent understudy to bring back and hopefully give a proper go to next season.

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"It's not the WHO exactly.just we should be trying to appoint a manager with enough talent and know.how to compete with those sort of managers. MOYES has been relatively effective, more balance, squad management, youth/player development and much better recruitment he could have been really good. It's quite a list of faults now I re read it"

"One minute it's De Zerbi, then Emery and now Glasner. Give it a rest. This time next season he will be gone once Eze and Olise leave. Mark my words."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Just read som3 comments about the Palace game/ revival. This is exactly why we should be looking up rather than being careful what we wish for C&p It's already plain to see that Glasner is a class manager. The way Palace press, the fact that they make games safe and don't concede late goals, not to mention the players like Mateta benefiting from the change in style. It used to be painful to stay up late or get up early to watch Palace. Now I can't wait for the next match. Roll on 3pm Saturday (or midnight Saturday here). Sound familiar about the painful watch? Moyes decent results some of the time. Hes exceeded expectationa really. But no, times up Next appointment is really important. Look at teams around us Howe, Ten Haag, Postecoglu, Emery, De Zerbi. We have to find someone similarly decent if we're going to stick around."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Ludo - Sorry fella, but I think you're delusional if you think he's walking away from a CL campaign with a big club like Sporting to come to us, a club who at best will be pushing for a EL spot next year. I take it they didn't take him to Rush Green, lol. Anyway, he's not joining in a million years, but crack on if you wish."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
So much shit being spouted on this thread. My sources told me that he had a glass of Port and a Pastel de nata.
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Or perhaps he thinks Sporting haven't got much of a chance in the CL? After all they didn't do much in the EL this season so perhaps he's actually thinking medium / long term. Obviously Liverpool would be his first choice in the PL but (as it stands) we would be the next best option. Obviously that could all change with Man Utd, Chelsea and Newcastle possibly changing managers so I expect it is true that he is 'keeping his option open'."
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"I hope he is doing this interview on Saturday. I can just seen Amorim ripping off his top mid-interview to reveal the 85/86 home shirt while shouting ""west ham are massive""."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Lee - Of course it's possible he could think like that, but to walk away from a CL campaign after winning the league with said club to a club with no European football at all, I can't see it. I doubt the bloke is a complete mercenary and has a few decades to make the the big money. fraser - Well it might have been one of these - ''McVitie’s is launching a decadent version of the nation’s favourite biscuit with an exclusive, gold leaf-coated Chocolate Digestive sandwich. Made from ingredients worth £50.79, this Golden Di-Festive is expertly crafted from three festive McVitie’s Gingerbread Flavour Milk Chocolate Digestives, framing a creamy centre of white chocolate and truffle with a luxury twist''"

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
According to west ham united live:- A source close to Ruben Amorim has suggested his trip to London to meet West Ham was 'a ploy that backfired'. The 39 year old and his agent wanted to use the trip to apply pressure on Liverpool. It instead made the reds decide to move on from Amorim.

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"If he's as good as everyone thinks he is, then he probably thinks the shop window of the Premier League is much better than the Portuguese League. Plus, if reports are true, we'd be prepared to make him one of the best paid managers in the world."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Lee - Yea, I don't think a prospective new coach would say that as it's completely realistic, what you'd think he'd say is something like 'there are already some very good players at the club and with the transfer budget I understand we have we can have a very good team/squad next season, plus I'll be looking to bring a few of the youngsters through'. But more to the point why would he leave a club who are playing in the CL next season and come to us?"

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"I'm the same, Manuel. I mean why would Sullivan shit his load at the suggestion we're going to need a load of new players next season? He should already know that. Even if Moyes stays, it'll still be the same needing loads of players coming in even with his 14 man playing squad."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"I find all these good good bad cop labels on Sullivan and the scarf a bit cringe, and ironically how it's conveniently forgotten that is was Sullivan himself who brought the scarf to the club, when he had other good offers on the table. Of course the Amorin story hasn't been created just to flog ST's, but what Scott is suggesting isn't that fanciful, the meet with Amorin was likely no more than a cup of tea and a biscuit, likely rich tea, and maybe we haven't spoke to anyone else yet. Moyes is done though, position totally untenable now."
