"Well technically Manuel, you did say just before the Arsenal match in December that if we beat them, you think he should probably stay."

"Listen, if you want to give him a mincey goodbye, up to you, but don't dig others out who'd rather not. I'm not the hypocrite who slates him and then waves him off, I think I know who the real man is here."

"I want him to go .... actually wanted him out in Oct 2022 ... but I am soft hearted enough to want to show appreciation for anyone who has contributed to our club Carry on acting like a sulking child because Moyes 'hates us' Good grief, man (for want of a better term) Guess you will be the one sitting on your hands & seething at the Luton game."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"I will be at that last home game and would be good to know whats going on, despite what others think i would applaud him at that game and reckon most at the game will do likewise, that cup and that first stint saving us from the drop deserve appreciation, this season not so much, in fact not at all! But credit where its due. Flying out in a couple of days may even be at the bridge to see us beat Chelsea, you know it makes sense! COYI"

"Awww, well I'm sure he appreciates your consideration, or maybe not since he fucking hates us. I'll wave him goodbye as long as I know he ain't coming back anytime soon, much in the same way you would the mother in law."

I believe he deserves a farewell & that most fans who go to games would want to show appreciation to a trophy winning manager If you want to be the hard man then knock yourself out you sad little prick Too much?

"Faux - You're still harping on about a goodybe? Can't say I'm surprised, but I'm not seeing many others, including Moyes, giving a fuck about it. Why don't you write him a nice letter if it really bothers you?"

"""Looked at the table and Sporting need to win 2 of their last 4 to wrap up the title. Believe they are in the domestic cup final too."" Thinking about it he has acted appallingly! Imagine if Pep or Arteta flew off to Madrid to see about a job with the crucial last games coming up? Would be headline news in the UK, Amorim has done it, if i was a Sporting fan i would be fuming, and fuck off with the apology to the fans, club etc, Bokes a wrong un, hope we go nowhere near the cսnt, can see why Liverpool lost interest, expect a few others will have second thoughts as well, pure mercenary type, which granted is pretty common in football but at least most have the courtesy to the current club to keep it behind closed doors or at least wait until seasons enc"

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
I read Amorim's comments about timing literally Looked at the table and Sporting need to win 2 of their last 4 to wrap up the title. Believe they are in the domestic cup final too. Playing tonight so when thats done I wouldnt be surprised if its on again If we havent contracted elsewhere by then We SHOULD announce someone before the season ends partly to allow a farewell for Moyes v Luton on May 11

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"The cynic in me sees the comments from Amorim about it being a mistake to travel to London and talk to us, as being that Liverpool didn't bite, in fact they went for someone else! Notice he didn't rule out any move though, just the timing was wrong, which it was and he quite rightly apologized, im mean what's wrong with a phone or zoom call? And do the face-to-face stuff at the end of the season, but as said i think he may have wanted the trip to be public!!! I do like him as a manager, but this naive stunt (if it was?) on top of the fact its only in Portugal he has managed sees me preferring Fonseca or even Vincent Kompany!!! Luke warm on Lopetegui neither for or against."

"That's a ""watch this space"" after the season is officially over to see what next for him, wherever that may be. He's admitted the timing was a mistake, nothing else."

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"As previously mentioned by someone, I’d take Kompany, tries to play decent football and would probably bring Bellers back as a number 2, he gets what the support is about and might even attack Sullivan with a full quota of clubs."
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Just reading about Amorin. It says ""During the summer transfer window of 2023, Sporting broke the club's transfer record by signing Coventry City striker Viktor Gy??keres for €20 million, (plus €4 million in bonuses for him) Coventry is also owed 10 to 15% of the profit Sporting receives from a future transfer, and the release clause was set at €100 million."" He has 22 goals in 27 apps so far apparently. Coventry City, wtf, would have been a better option than Danny Ings!"

Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
Read amorins statement properly. It's in no way whatsoever a denial that he's coming here . The club has been in talks with him for a month.
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"Yeah, sorry. Mis read it. Despite that success under David Moyes, speculation around the Hammers boss has once again emerged this week, with Sporting Lisbon boss Ruben Amorim reportedly in London to discuss replacing the Scot, although the Portuguese said on Saturday the talks were ""a mistake""."
Re: If David Moyes leaves West Ham who would you want to replace him?
"You sure about that, Alfs? He made the apology this morning in the press conference for tomorrow's game. He's not back in London now. Can't see anything on the BBC about it either."
