Judging by the salty reactions of some on here to Yorkie to day you might think we lost 4-0 today. Strange behavior toward a fellow hammer who disagrees with their constant negativity.

"I’m glad for Newcastle, had an opportunity and took it. We’ve had so many opportunities this season and blown them all. I’d rather see us gain a European place by our own efforts and not others misfortune, I just want to see my team play football with their eye on the rewards not this negative, one shot on target shit. It’s probably going to get worse for a while when Moyes goes because he’s left us after 4 years with a old small squad with disillusioned youngsters, but for me , I’ll open a bottle when the coward goes. I would bet all you Moyes inners could name our team and bench for tomorrow and get it right, same old rinse and repeat shit."

"Yorkie, whatever it is you are trying to do on here‚Ķ. give it up. We can only assume because of your username you are proud to come from York, therefore you should follow your local club but instead you‚Äôve chosen one of the more famous clubs‚Ķ..so using your assumptions about many a West Ham supporter on here who detest Moyes‚Äôs cowardly tactics hate West Ham‚Ķ..you must therefore see yourself as a glory hunting cսnt no?"

Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Fulham - Official Match Thread
Newcastle winning is a good start to the weekend for the West Ham haters on this site who want to see us drop down the league. They'll be shouting for Fulham tomorrow.
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Fulham - Official Match Thread
"FCJ yes I make ur prediction of 9th or 10th to be correct. Im a miserable old git at the best of times but have been unpopular with several posters for a while saying I didnt think we would make Europe and would finish mid table. It was always that the squad size and use of subs, that made injuries and bookings more likely. If we had avoided them ( nigh on impossible with 2 games a week most of the season) we had a good chance of making Europe via league at least. Fulham can play and with no Dino and Bowen I think it might be another draw but equally woukdn’t be a surprise if we lose narrrowly either. Need everything to go our way and I feel we used all our good fortune in 3 smash and grab victories before Xmas at Arsenal, Tottenham and Burnley. Just hope Sullivan and the board think big and long term for once and trust in Steidten and team to get in the right coach and players"

We will finish 9th or 10th this season. We should have been comfortably higher but we constantly blow opportunities to beat weaker sides. We should beat Fulham but who will he put out with the Europa league game coming up which is realistically our only chance of Europe next year. Obviously the suspended players can play. Fulham are no mugs. They have a striker who has been scoring regularly.

Paper thin squad coming back to haunt us again at the worst possible time. Can’t rest anyone if we are pushing for 7th/8th as this is a must win game as is palace. Can’t in any way give up on the Europa tie either even if it does look a long way back. Just max effort from the 13-14 players he only ever selects for the next three games I guess. Oh to have ANY strength in depth whatsoever….

Nutsin You are such a half wit with your pathetic over optimistic view... youve seen how weve performed over the last 3 games do not indicate that we will get 2 wi ns against Fulham and Palace... and with Bayer next week Moyes is going tinker with whats left of the squad... I can see 3 draws at best...

"Look at this idiots last 3 games - a pathetic defeat at Newcastle, a god damn awful first half at Wolves and end up very lucky to win the game, a complete surrender in a European QF. So what chances of a nice, comfortable home win for once? Not holding my breath."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Fulham - Official Match Thread
"Put the strongest team available to play against Fulham. That would mean playing Antonio who, yes, played on Thursday. Against BL, again, put the strongest team out. That would mean playing Antonio. To still be relying on a 34 year old work-horse tells you the extent of our squad problems."

"Geo was saying that Arsenal need to beat Bayen Munich for the PL to likely get a 5th CL place, so you might need to finish 7th just to get a Conference spot."

I think the players could be pissed off with how they were asked to play in the week in a quarter final of a worthwhile European cup and then slagged off for failing to park the bus with or 33 shots. It’s what they’ve worked towards and they wasn’t set up to even have a bit of a threat. This is a hard game to get back to winning ways…..but we have a master a getting the troops ready don’t we?
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Fulham - Official Match Thread
Really need a win. Don't want Tuesday being our last trip in Europe for a while.

"Let’s hope we can get the points needed for another Euro campaign next season even if only Conference. Agree with others that Europa L is loo looking v unlikely. Then when Moyes leaves, as I strongly believe her will, we can have a new manager with a Euro campaign ahead. I am at the point that I don’t care at all who takes the reins at West Ham as long as we start playing football that is more enjoyable to watch. There have been very few performances in the past I’ve enjoyed watching at all."

"I'm pretty certain Antonio will start, even more so with Bowen out. Moyes probably views this game as more important than Thursday now."

"Some injuries and team selection needed this week. Areola has a groin pull, maybe back 27 April, Mavropanos, knock late fitness test, Bowen lower back no return date, Phillips thigh no return date. Nothing about Alvarez, suppose he can return. I'd rest Mavropanos, whatever and Antonio. Fabianski Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd, Emerson Alvarez, Soucek Kudus, JWP, Paqueta Ings"
