Temporary Car Insurance (Selling Car)

"Bought a new car and switched the insurance over yesterday, but not actually sold my new one yet but got a buyer that I need to get the car to at the weekend. Temporary car insurance has quoted me £90 for the week as it's sat on my drive which is about a 30% of my annual insurance for the car. I'll need to insure it to drop it off unless I can get the new buyer to insure himself on it for pick up but do I need and should I worry about car insurance for whilst it's sat on my drive?"

Insure the car as normal and cancel within 14 days. Get a days cover for the delivery day. Get the buyer to collect it.
