WHO no longer working on my computer- Just my phone. Any ideas?

Been a month or two now. For some reason I can still access the site on my phone but not on my PC any more. Always get an ‘IP address could not be found’ error. Anyone else get this occurring? Yes I have tried wiping my knob on the screen. It cost me my job at the drive thru.

I also can only access the .co.uk on my Mac nowadays.
