Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"If the shoe was on the other foot, would you want to see West Ham lose under similar circumstances?"

"I want spurs to lose. I always want them to lose. If they were playing an ISIS team, I'd be supporting the ragheads. If they were playing a team from the bacon wng at HMP. I'd be supporting the nonces."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"I would hate to see arsenal and Rice win the league, I like Rice but don’t want him winning anything with arsenal, never mind so soon after leaving. I also want City to win the league every season for ever more (unless we win it), as it makes a mockery of the whole thing. The seasons over for us, so I will get more enjoyment from us gifting the league to city than us beating them and arsenal winning it."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
Man City have never scored a league goal in the new stadium Nice day to make up for that with half a dozen
Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"Vexed: ""People should stop telling other fans what they should be thinking, we've found that very tedious with the Moyes saga."" Absolutely. No one knows their team like the fans of that team. Nobody else should be telling them what they should or shouldn't want, least of all the media and the TV pundits. They're not qualified."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
If Tottenham win tonight they will win away at Sheff Utd on the last day If Villa lose away at Palace on the last day (entirely likely given Palaces form) that puts Tottenham 4th The idea that they don’t want to win tonight would be beyond belief Fat Ange made that very clear …. you don’t have pictures of ‘bragging rights’ up in your stadium

I'd prefer (other than us) Arsenal to win the title over Man City. If only to break the monotony. Other than that IDGAF.

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
Anyone who thinks spurs should try to win tonight is nuts. Here in London this is what really matters. That Arsenal DONT win the league. It will be absolutely unbearable if they win it. I’ll live with the “tragedy” but how can you as a spurs fan enable Arsenal to win the league? I don’t even think a CL place is worth that for them. I really don’t. Their fans couldn’t mentally deal with it. No one cares that city win things cos it’s an oil Money thing. It’s sort of meaningless. But Arsenal? Nah..

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
They're just being realists. They're not getting Champions League no matter how many times I hear it from WHU supporters.
Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"Just been talking to a Spurs ""mate"" who's going tonight. He reckons he's gonna be cheering on City all night whatever happens despite the CL place. He reckons they all are. Should make for an interesting atmosphere. Fucking shocking if you ask me."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"There's an unfeasibly large Arsenal following around Lower Belvedere. I get the Woolwich (just down the road) Arsenal link, but that was 2/3/4 generations ago - can't be a single person alive who watched them in Woolwich. If they win it will be fucking unbearable around town. In any case, Millwall are the focus of our dislike, and those who know why know why. Shove your passion (for that is what it is) for Spurs up your own arse and enjoy."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"Colly, even though it's been decades since Arsenal won it I'm sick to death of hearing how they used to win it so it's their turn AGAIN, and it will be back to unbearable from them. Even when Chelsea used to win, it was tame compared to those entitled cunts. Man City win it I hear next to fuck all from anyone......"
Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"I’m with Eerie. I grew up an area that while weighted in West Ham’s favour, had a fuck load of Spurs and Arsenal fans too. The Arsenal team under Wenger that were actually good were intolerable enough (always had a real hatred for Pires), and their fans were unbearable then. This latest batch on both fronts unbelievably top even that generation, and they’ve just signed our best academy product for years. I can’t understand why anyone from a similar background would be happy to see them win it, and even more so if your reason is because you like to see “Dec“ do well. Fuck that."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"If Arsenal win we will have that cսnt Arteta on our screens followed by Rice saying this is why he joined a big club. I hope City smash Spurs tonight. See Keown, Merson and Wrights tears."
Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"I’m sick to death of city, boring robotic football, just dominating over and over. Big strong efficient cunts they are. So hopefully spurs help Arsenal and still don’t make champions league."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"I get it if you watch West Ham from afar and don't mind Arsenal winning the title, why wouldn't you. However, for those of us that live in and around London, it will be an absolute fucking nightmare, and if it means having to lose at the weekend to avoid it, sign me up. I won't mind us breaking another record in conceding either, another one won't hurt. We've got fuck all to play for, our pride went a long time ago, like when getting beat 0-6 at home to those cunts barely caused a ripple, everyone seem to be ok with it because we won the Intertoto Cup last season."

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"Personally for the sheer hell of it I'd quite like a Man City win. Then see Arsenal draw at home v Everton and with City drawing against us until the 98th minute when you hear the commentator say.. ""Antonioooooooooooooooooo"" ""you'll never see the likes of this again"" Granted it means those entitled smug cunts from South/North London will win the league, but we can forever say that had it not been for us then they'd have won fuck all... We get the Kudus either way. Nah fuck it, I hope City win"

Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
It's actually a win win for us. If Spurs lose then we see Spurs lose which is always good. If Spurs win then Arsenal don't win the league and it puts those fucking entitled Gooner cunts back in their box. I want that title up north where you can't see or hear the smug cunts bragging. Arsenal is too close to home. Arteta is a smug cսnt so we need him to be shut down too.
Re: Spurs wanting their Team to lose
"100% ok for them to want to lose, if it was us & it meant putting the title or any cup into Spurs/Millwall or Chelsea’s hands then I’d take a defeat in a dead rubber. If Man City slip up & draw tonight I’d take a tonking Sunday so it city would win the league on GD."

"Side of Ham 1:50 Tue May 14 So what you're actually saying is that, should they win the league, Rice (& Arsenal) relied on West Ham to win something. It's like he never really left..."
