GFF West Ham interested in signing Oumar Solet from RB Salzburg According to Foot Mercato, West Ham United are interested in signing Oumar Solet (24) from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window. The former Lyon centre-back is set to leave the Austrian Bundesliga in the summer in search of a new challenge elsewhere in Europe. Solet was almost on the move in the January transfer window. Napoli showed a strong interest in the former France youth international but were unable to complete a move for the Salzburg defender. Lens also showed interest in Solet late in the winter transfer window but a move for the Lyon academy graduate was financially unattainable. GFFN | Liam Wraith Inside Futbol Couldn‚Äôt Believe We Signed Him ‚Äì Star Stunned At West Ham Loan Man‚Äôs Quality Vejle defender Oliver Provstgaard has admitted he could not believe it when the club landed Nathan Trott on loan from West Ham United as he rates him as a top goalkeeper. The 25-year-old goalkeeper initially joined the Danish side in the summer of 2022 and after an impressive first season there, returned again last summer. He has been manager Ivan Prelec‚Äôs preferred choice between the sticks this season and though the club have struggled, Trott‚Äôs performances have drawn praise from all quarters. According to Provstgaard, the defender that plays just in front of him, Trott is of the utmost importance to Vejle.
