Anxiety/depression
"Been through bad time lately with suffering with this. Dark thoughts as well. I know some posters on here suffer with this. Anyone come through the other side of this shit?
"A number of posters have been yellow carded and told to stay off this thread unless they have anything constructive to add. This is a thread that has been very useful to so many, for any other posters with scores to settle, argue on another thread. This thread is sacrosant.Thank you"

"You'd do well to take these various do gooders advice Block, ignore me and most of all don't even think about flapping your gums or I'll just continue to mug you off and as you've proven you can't hack it. Pretend I don't exist. You learned another life lesson today, little cսnt."

"Block wrote... Re: Anxiety/depression Vexed, it's the fact you follow me around like a little puppy from thread to thread repeating the same shit, digging me out for my mental health issues, this says more about you than it does me. You make yourself look like a total cսnt, more than usual anyway. The point is, people are trying to use this particular thread to open up, as soon as I mentioned my issues yesterday you were all over it but when i came back at you, funnily enough you disappeared into the sunset. IF there's topics you have no interest in, don't post on them. It's not difficult. If you wish to discuss further as I said yesterday lets meet up and see if you're as bold in person as you are on here. I'll wait to see if i get a WHOmail from you. This vexed fella is just a sad fat cսnt, best ignored"

"Block 11:08 Wed Feb 5 Every time he responds to you, whatever he says, for those moments, you are the most important thing in his life. If there was something else more important, he'd be dealing with that, instead."

"I spend a lot of time with my son, telling him that when people are trying to get a reaction out of him, the best thing he can do is ignore them. He never listens. He's 14. Block - as mace has already suggested, do what 67 said..."

"Block, do what 67 says It's a forum mate, just words. If you don't like the stuff certain people post then ignore their posts completely. If you feel comfortable in this thread as i'm sure plenty others do, hang around and take the support which many are clearly offering."

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Good post peckham, glad you are getting better help these days. Exercise does help, even a walk in the park can help."
Re: Anxiety/depression
"It's a West Ham site. You can have no expectation of sensible conversation. You have problems if you think this is the place to come for advice if you really are having difficulties, this isn't it you fucking idiots. Obviously. Block, you continue to flap your gums and I will continue to retaliate, you can't claim foul play just because I'm better at this than you. Now I will leave this thread so you sad sacks can continue poncing around talking about your feelings rather than do something about the mess you've got yourself into. I will take any further coatings off as an invitation to come back to the thread and defend myself. Up to you pricks. Good luck sad people of WHO."
Re: Anxiety/depression
"It would appear I cannot talk on this thread, without the likes of Vexed etc piping up taking the piss, if not on here on other threads. Those sort of people are the ones who often drive people to do very, very stupid things and it's a shame there's still cunts like this around. I'll back away from this as the last thing I wanted was to turn this into a slagging match, unfortunately all I personally did was explain how I had fallen off the wagon only to be taken the piss out of, so I'll back away for now."

"Agree with all posted that this thread is not for bickering its bigger than that its about fellow posters in very dark times and we have lost some real WHO legends. There are lots or other threads to posts your selfish, trivial bullshit on"

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Back on track with the OP. Loads have shared difficult moments. I know no one is writing for sympathy but Alfs Barnet sorry for what you had to deal with and still deal with. Toms there are so many people, just on WHO , who get through it. Had my first psychiatric review ( non military associated ) in UK after 10 years, cancelled first 4 appointments. I am a cսnt. Prejudiced cսnt to back when I was young and crazy, when the government was rolling out care in the community and I felt so fucking alone due to mainly over busy local GPs, where I was being seen by Africans, Indians, people I felt had no empathy towards a middle aged married white guy who did not want to live. They only listened when I had alcohol induced psychosis and big row with the old bill. It was like you had to do something nutty to get the support 15 odd years ago. Yes I was prejudiced. Not now. Seen my local Mental Health team proper med review what I have needed for years. Double dosage of Olanzapine to get more knocked out when my brain does not switch off at night. Epilim chrono to maintain moods, Levomepromazine , Clonazepam, finally gutted to lose this Paroxetine as when I did take it feels like a mini E when kicks in, Doctor said barely legal over here so has switched it for Venlaflaxine 75mg. Finally opened up to the GP without fear of being sectioned. Being referred for IAPT. The Doctor was excellent. Still believe the best medicine is laughter and the best drug for a human is another human being but I will stick with what he advises Meds,IAPT and start to exercise. There are free Gym memberships to David Lloyd and other gyms something rolled out by NHS and Mental health to encourage getting out and exercising. Like an earlier poster mentioned about a once popular mate he had destroyed by a break up with his Mrs, my divorce was a trigger for chaos for me and years of depression. I have been diagnosed with PTSD Years after leaving the Army for something non Army related, despite some bad memories and hard times. It is civvy street that fucked me up and leaving my wife. Looked ages ago at an Everton forum I think, reading what they thought of Moyes. Pinned at the top was a Mens Mental welfare thread. At the time thought what a good idea but was too cautious*hesitant to ask for one here. Also thanks Alfs for what you wrote and West Ham67. *****Even in a crowd I feel Lonely******** One Iron in a PM to me. To make me feel better when i was rock bottom and Gavros and all helped me. If a cսnt posts cunty stuff on this thread it will all go downhill off the first page, turn political, basically we could be paying for another wreath , and another death. There have been people asking, do things get better? etc , ending the stigma of suicide, tough blokes ( not me ) helping others. This is West Ham sticking together and looking out for one and other in this cyber age. COYIs"
