Anxiety/depression
"Been through bad time lately with suffering with this. Dark thoughts as well. I know some posters on here suffer with this. Anyone come through the other side of this shit?
"A number of posters have been yellow carded and told to stay off this thread unless they have anything constructive to add. This is a thread that has been very useful to so many, for any other posters with scores to settle, argue on another thread. This thread is sacrosant.Thank you"

"Anxiety absolutely through the roof today, annoyingly I can't pin point why. Anyone else get this? Literally my stomach is in knots, and have the feeling of dread."

"If that was for me Mace son, it was a reference to The Office. Far too subtle for this website, admittedly."

You know when you sometimes read something and it doesn't make sense so you read it again and it still doesn't make sense. So you read it another eleventy twelve times and you're still confused This

"normannomates 7:36 Tue Feb 9 Re: Anxiety/depression Are you bi-polar? You go from being all caring to the tirade of nonsense you just posted. As for what do those who work in offices offer, we offer the likes of trades people business, personally I generate business for electricians and since August I've brought the company in £160,000. What have YOU done?"

Driz stick in there mate there's help out there but she needs to want it. There's also help for you and its worth looking at I've been through 5yrs of counciling in the past and it made a huge difference. I also suffered with bullimea for 30 yesterday after my mum died whe I was 19 and didn't think I could talk anyone but my misses got me to go and it finally got me in a position where I can control it. Never feel ashamed to talk or ask for help.
