Anxiety/depression
"Been through bad time lately with suffering with this. Dark thoughts as well. I know some posters on here suffer with this. Anyone come through the other side of this shit?
"A number of posters have been yellow carded and told to stay off this thread unless they have anything constructive to add. This is a thread that has been very useful to so many, for any other posters with scores to settle, argue on another thread. This thread is sacrosant.Thank you"

Re: Anxiety/depression
"I hope he is OK. Its so sad that this still happens when we are all so much more aware of mental health. I'm currently being proper railroaded by my ex and the more angry I get and threatening the more it puts her in the right. Mentally that's draining. However, the point is I've been low before and I realise how good mates on here and at west ham in general. It's in our DNA. So whatever the shit, turn to a hammer Steve. I've made a vow to stop arguing with anyone even if I think I'm right. Life is too short. In a way this thread has taught me that. I can't be making threats on one thread and then trying to be empathetic on another. Crossed hammer was right in that one. Steve the hammer. Ur never alone. None of us are. Hope ur well 67. New season nearly here. Optimism!"

"The below exchange doesn’t make sense to me and it really not helpful, whatever the background is. I’m done with this shit now, grown men not able to grow up. What is the point of this thread if it just becomes another place for the multiple troll cunts on here."

Re: Anxiety/depression
MODS you should give the this crossed hammer character a yellow card ban. That's twice they have come onto this thread trolling one of the contributors to it. Vexed voices his opinion that's a different matter

Re: Anxiety/depression
"I am sorry to hear that Irish and don't lie down mate be strong on those illnesses My wife is my rock and I have seen her or my kids for over 2 and a half years. I was always trying to graft to provide for my family like we all do . The original plan was to settle down with me and her in 2019 .There was a 5 spending period for Network Rail starting in April 19 but because of the uncertainly of Brexit and then Covid 19 it did not happen . Now both my kids are getting their British passports and them an my wife will come here. Not paying their school and Uni has taken the pressure to push for big money. I got something for Brakes which is US food provider driving a fork lift for 27 K year plus O/T + night bonus in Stongebrige park I live in N17 but moving closer when the Mrs and kids come here, My wife and daughter first then my son. We will stay here for good Funny enough I was speaking to a bloke in Abu Dhabi a Brit I have known for 10 years or more and he is the commercial director for the same company I worked for . We were talking about fucked up the railway industry is now, He said l am going home in 2 years and all I want to do is drive a fork lift truck"
Re: Anxiety/depression
