Anxiety/depression
"Been through bad time lately with suffering with this. Dark thoughts as well. I know some posters on here suffer with this. Anyone come through the other side of this shit?
"A number of posters have been yellow carded and told to stay off this thread unless they have anything constructive to add. This is a thread that has been very useful to so many, for any other posters with scores to settle, argue on another thread. This thread is sacrosant.Thank you"

Re: Anxiety/depression
I agree with you Block . I tend to ignore it to a point but trolling on this thread in particular riles me
Re: Anxiety/depression
"Will, I'm going to ask nicely as I've never really had any issues with you on here, but please do not use this thread to argue on. This is a thread, that people come onto like I did yesterday to speak about very important issues and help each other out. Take it elsewhere, please."
Re: Anxiety/depression
Westham67 Ag Ag Ag! A leftie West Ham fan that thinks he’s a good judge of class. Time for me to move on I think. See you all....

"Stop making things up now. Want to pick this up with me in person? I’d be happy to address your lies. You won’t, of course. What has having a family got to do with anything? I’ve got one too, big deal. As said, you know nothing about me and I’m not appealing for your help. I would never want help from a scumbag like you. Want to carry this on? Drop me a line, brave boy."

"The bloke’s absolute pond life, it’s true. Trying to justify his disgusting behaviour with his made up ramblings. I shouldn’t have fed the troll, so I’m going to go back to that policy. No place for that poisonous shit on this thread."

"Manuel 3:53 Tue Sep 7 I don't claim to be clever. And stop trying to turn this post into all about me. Show some respect and start a separate one on the subject if you feel it important; this is not the place unless you're claiming that this is part of your coping mechanism, in which case, I'm happy to help."

"Mike Oxsaw 7:24 Mon Sep 6 You don't half talk some nonsense fella, and you seem to be getting worse by the day. Give it a rest with the 'I know everything about everything' facade. You don't. A clever man doesn't retire then spend his days on here."
Re: Anxiety/depression
You forgot to mention the lies you enjoyed spreading about me before I said what I did... Tell the truth and you might actually have a chance of living a full and happy life. Keep kidding yourself you are hard done by and you’ll never make it. Thank me later

"I don‚Äôt blame anyone else for my problems but me. You know the square root of fuck all about me. And I was not spreading any lies. You specifically told me you hoped I was successful in killing myself. I‚Äôm not saying that‚Äôs why I tried - you‚Äôre a sad, bitter nonentity, so why would I do anything because you told me to - but it just shows hat kind of ‚Äúman‚Äù you are. No more needs to be said. Goodbye, cսnt."
Re: Anxiety/depression
I just happened across your lying about me White Pony. Normally I never bother with this thread so don’t worry- you carry on blaming others for your problems.

"This thread isn‚Äôt the place for your lies. You‚Äôve basically just shown yourself up for the scumbag you are, yet again. I‚Äôd never ask you to help with anything, as you are a toxic cսnt. Maybe go and encourage someone else to kill themselves, you brave boy. I‚Äôve got an idea, if you‚Äôve got a problem with me maybe bring it up with me directly? Of course, you won‚Äôt. You‚Äôre the epitome of a snivelling, cowardly keyboard warrior. Let‚Äôs keep this thread to what it was intended for, not your your pathetic little crusades."
Re: Anxiety/depression
The great thing about the internet is you can lie with ease. I am afflicted by a compulsion to be truthful unfortunately. I’m actually sorry for your problems but I hope you sort yourself out mate. Don’t ask strangers to help after lying about them is my advice. The internet will only depress you more if you’re that way inclined and you clearly are.

"Neither of those things actually happened, you bizarre fantasist. Just stay away from this thread you toxic cսnt."
Re: Anxiety/depression
White Pony Well iirc you slagged me off for months with lies and then was begging for my help. Quelle surprise! You got the response you deserved. But let’s not mention that eh!

"67, you really should not read anything Wiltell ever says, I learnt that a long time ago. Probably about the time when he said he hoped I’d kill myself, just before I tried to. The bloke is scum, just don’t even read his posts. Stay strong mate, if you ever need to chat you know where I am."

Re: Anxiety/depression
"I have been getting tired of everything lately. Swings and roundabouts. Thailand is now on the red list and the my kids 19 and 20 will do their quarantine in Saigon for 14 days $51 a night we just have to say they are visiting someone on their Thai passports as they are part of ASEAN. Vietnam is on the amber so they can fly from their to LHR I got a job with Lidl warehouse in Gravesend and just renting a tiny studio flat there for £400 a month. I applied for the freezer room -25 on nights. 20 minutes warm up every 90 minutes £2 quid and hour and no one wants to go into the freezer room to see what's going . ion. i can rent a 2 bedroom house from £750 and up I have and NR interview on 22nd for Ipswich (I wont hold my breath its job for the boys) and been shortlisted for a job in Derby I got my medical records for when I apply for sickness fit benefits when the kids and Mrs are here, I was reading through my MRI head scan reports and the part of my swede that has been reduced in the part for short term memory that's why I keep losing things, I cancelled my debit cards twice and then found them both accidently. I will see a neurologist this month and get a letter Once those 3 are working I will be the one relaxing I will going to play 7s football in Penang and Saigon and buy some golf clubs"

"Manuel 7:20 Mon Sep 6 The kid has no clue of the impending change, but you crack on with promoting your child care philosophies; you never know, there could be money in it for you. I'd be surprised if the parents were not a little anxious at such a change and it is this anxiety that kids can pick up on."

Re: Anxiety/depression
"...and teething? You probably couldn't get away with this today, but when my first two were teething I'd dip my finger in my evening glass of malt whisky and rub it on their gums. First time was amusing as only the face of a baby tasting something new for the first time can be, but it seemed to both soothe and send them to sleep. It must be said that their mother went through the fucking roof the first time, but on trying to gather evidence against the custom, she was shocked to find out it was really quite common."

"''Starting Nursery is a big stressor for the parents before it happens'' Complete and utter rubbish, Oxsaw. It's a good, happy time for both parents and the child, you old queen. As if you can remember that far back anyway."

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Kids seem to sense anxiety in their parents, Block. Probably no use to you as a piece of information, but keep an eye on what worries you (both) and try to talk it through, even if the cause is neither of you. Starting Nursery is a big stressor for the parents before it happens, so that may be what is waking your littl'un every so often."
