Anxiety/depression
"Been through bad time lately with suffering with this. Dark thoughts as well. I know some posters on here suffer with this. Anyone come through the other side of this shit?
"A number of posters have been yellow carded and told to stay off this thread unless they have anything constructive to add. This is a thread that has been very useful to so many, for any other posters with scores to settle, argue on another thread. This thread is sacrosant.Thank you"

Re: Anxiety/depression
Finally after 5 months of tapering off Fentanyl patches from 75mg-50mg-25mg-12mg I'm now off them and on Morphine sulfate 10mg for a week the 5mg also for a week then it's an end to opiates ! I feel so much better anxiety seems to have gone and hopefully won't return I'd rather live with this pain than have that awful feeling every day ! My pharmacist has been superb in helping me come off these feckers. Thought are with all those suffering on here for what ever reason and hope that all your lives improve.

"White Pony, With respect and without prejudice I disagree. Look back at the whomails we have shared. Perhaps I was a little zealous. That said I have sent one poster on here a decent amount of cash, in the Hope I can help. What’s irritating is the poster you tried to help, changes names and then starts the same chat under a different guise. For all those that are suffering I sympathise, I hope you find peace and get better."

"Thanks, Tom I do not a driving licence. Grapes I know mate it's been a struggle of late but I must carry on. I spoke to a psychiatrist yesterday for triage and he gave 2 numbers for west Kent. The problem is I have no idea where I will be living time this will this time next week. They took 7 days last time. I am not at an official address now so I cannot get support when I fall out of work which has been frequent."

"67 wishing you better times ahead. If there's one thing I've learned over my 60+ years it's that life's full of ups and downs. The key is to hang on in there on the downs, because ups ALWAYS come eventually after downs. Stay positive for yourself and your loved ones."

"67, you thought about doing parcel deliveries? I worked for Yodel some years ago for some extra cash, wasn't a bad job."

"I haven’t looked in on this thread for ages, as I was beginning to find it unhelpful, and what do you know, I check back in and it’s still got utter cunts of human beings slithering around, wanting to undermine people who are genuinely just looking for a bit of mutual support from likeminded people. You know what, cunts like Zammo, Swiss and Willtell could easily just leave this thread well alone. Just don’t fucking open it. If you find people helping other people so distasteful, just stay away. Absolute pondlife. BLOCK - hope you’re alright mate, and the little fella is thriving."

"All the best 67, hang in there, you will come out of this in the end, amongst friends on here, we maybe a bunch of cunts! But sure I speak for everyone on wishing you well and seeing you return to your normal “ginger” self………… FWIW....Get out and do some exorcise, run, walk whatever, never mind the physical benefits but it works wonders for me, become part of my daily routine, in fact I make sure I get a run or decent walk in every day no matter the weather, sure it’s a huge part in keeping that black dog from the door."

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Thanks your concern gents. I can only get my medication 7 days at a time in case I take all of them I keep losing my jobs due to age and medication, Warehouse work is not easy one shift the first ""pick"" 20kg x 30 boxes of dog litter 600kg and all on the clock being pushed for performance. I either get 1 or 2 shifts a week or am just fired I got an easier job but it meant me focusing on details which I cannot do I kept ""Zoning out"" in the bloke I worked with. So fired again. I had 3 other interviews lined up and I just realised I am just kicking the can down to the inevitable I need to better first before thinking work again In an agreement with Mrs (No link) and the kids, I have spoken with Barking council about getting housed as a vulnerable person as I did when I came out of quarantine and claiming PIP and ESA. I can get housed with 1 bedroom place outside of London so I asked for Kent"

charleyfarley. 6.21. Thu. Jun 16. Very well said. This really isnt the thread for point scoring from people who have nothing other than their 'superiority' to offer.

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Fair play to anyone who are trying to help folks that need their head to be in a better place. I'm a nobody from nowhere but my WHOmail door is always open to anyone who needs a wee chat. A timeout from life I think is very underrated, Get well those who are struggling. Please."
Re: Anxiety/depression
*** thread deleted you are making a personal attack on a poster if you have something to say to him you will have to find some other way of dealing with it but not on this thread..ps I'm sure he doesn't want a lecture from you ****
Re: Anxiety/depression
"Mixe son, good to see you mate hope you're well. Farley, to add to that these pricks can visibly see he's struggling , what benefit is there to airing these opinions other than to put the fucking foot in? Absolute cowards, and no surprises one of the culprits was Swiss. He's constantly mocked me because I'm on anti depressants, odd how when I met him the mug didn't say a word."
