Woke watch

Post arsene york-hunt »

"There is a very good section on GB news where the ludicrous idiocies of Wokeness are looked at I thought we would should have one for WHO. I'll start with Baptiste on BBC: In Hungary,an ambassador's family are kidnapped by Islamic terrorists and carry out atrocities. At the end of the last episode Baptiste finds out that it is a false flag operation and conveniently, the real culprits are white supremacists who want to stop all immigration. Coronation Street ITV a gay black footballer is stopped by the police, because he is driving an expensive car. He is pushed to the ground during an altercation, and damages his leg threatening his career. Could have been written by Dawn Butler or a BLM activist."

"Scorch ""It's probably just a poorly, quickly and cheaply designed form by idiots rather than anything purposely sinister."" From the article: ""They said the policy ‘promotes inclusiveness’, arguing it is not always clear if someone is pregnant..... .... Professor Marc Turner, director of the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service, said: ‘We appreciate the support of each and every one of our donor community and thank Mr Sinclair for his commitment over a long number of years. ‘Whilst pregnancy is only a relevant question to those whose biological sex or sex assigned at birth is female, sex assigned at birth is not always visually clear to staff. ‘As a public body we take cognisance of changes in society around how such questions may be asked without discrimination and have a duty to promote inclusiveness – therefore all donors are now asked the same questions.’"" Maybe ""sinister"" isn't the right word, but its evidently part of an agenda, and their top dog using nonsensical bollocks newspeak like ""sex assigned at birth""* shows he's fully on board with the new religion. This stuff needs calling out, and any ire should be saved for the people promoting it, not the ones calling it out. *(sex isn't ""assigned at birth"", and anyone in medicine using this sort of language should know better)"

With the amount the NHS spend on administration it should be nigh-on impossible for them to put out bollocksy questionnaires. Top marks to the fellow for not doing anything just for a quiet life.

I'd have ticked the yes box and then spent the next hour gently rubbing my fat stomach.

"This bloke who wouldn't fill in the form sounds like a right fucking idiot. It's just a simple yes or no on a form and he said, ""they've been denied my blood because of the obligation to answer a question that can't possibly be answered."" Duh, I think ticking no would have answered that question quite satisfactorily. The previous question on the form was ""What is your job?"" Now, if he'd been unemployed at the time he'd have really struggled with that. The one before that was ""Will you be working at depth or height in the next 24 hours?"" Apparently he was fine with predicting the future too. Whether you're pregnant or not is impossible to answer though, apparently."

"If you are a man and you're told by the High Priests/Priestesses of the state religion that you must declare yourself as not being pregnant because the state religion has now determined that men can in fact get pregnant, then by going along with it and ticking no, you are affirming this gibberish about men being able to get pregnant. The more people that go along with it, the more entrenched it becomes."

"Maybe, like his manager in the NHS, English was not the first language of the person tasked with designing the form and as neither could see the problem, it got approved and introduced without further question."

"I don't think I've ever had to tick a form to say if I'm pregnant or not. I severely doubt the NHS staff would be putting their careers on the line had they ticket it themselves, given his response."

"Eerie Descent 1:57 Not really. loads of medical forms are unisex. I'm sure we've all ticked similar things many times without thinking twice. Sure they could lay it out differently and go 'if you ticked male then proceed to section B', or 'Don't answer question 6' but at the end of the day yes it's a bit silly but just tick 'no'."

The only thing I would say is let these younger generations who are advocating all this stupidity wrap themselves up in it…..one less thing they can blame the older generations over……and they will try…..it is also now their time to stand up if they have a problem…..I am now quite happy for them to wallow in their own shit when it hits……as they have no time for our older generations little acts of defiance….in fact they will be quite willing to ‘cancel’ us…..

"Hermit Road 1:51 Mon Jun 20 I would argue that all this woke bollocks is an attempt to foggy the memories of those that had a happy past (I loved growing up in Chadwell Heath and (apart from my divorce) everything about my life so far. Seems that woke is pushed by those that didn't have as happy a past as me (and maybe many of us) and demand that I/we remember their past (when things were not so good (only for them)) as opposed to MY past, of which I have many happy memories."

"Fuck that. I give blood as often as I can. It's their form that needs to change, not my knowledge of how my lack of a womb and ovaries prevents me getting pregnant People moan about this insidious use of language but more people need to take the stance of the generous, curmudgeonly old Jock. Act on it."

"Male blood donor turned away from clinic for refusing to say if he’s pregnant https://metro.co.uk/2022/06/18/male-blood-donor-turned-away-for-refusing-to-say-if-hes-pregnant-16852377/ Leslie Sinclair, 66, has given a staggering 125 pints of blood over the course of nearly half a century. But he was barred from doing so on his most recent trip to the Albert Halls clinic in Stirling, central Scotland, when staff insisted he answer every question on the paperwork. They said the policy ‘promotes inclusiveness’, arguing it is not always clear if someone is pregnant."

", No. Athletics does no such thing. It deals with issues relating to hormonal irregularities in (one) biological sex. It doesn't deal with gender issues in general or specifically with regards to trans. I'm sure Caster Semenya will be delighted you have dumped her into the trannie drawer just for the sake of a bit of virtue signalling."
