I must admit I have always found Humphrey irritating & Hipgrave has been an improvement when I have seen her hosting. Just as i have often said that Gabby Logan is a far superior (and much cheaper) host of MOTD instead of Lineker. That said Humphrey says he will front the Champions league coverage and reckons he will do SOME Premier league games but didnt want to commit to being the lead host. I have no problem with females hosting but when you have 'expert' commentators I dont think someone who has played womens football is qualified in front of the MYRIAD of ex-footballers Premier league & international available. Just as you wouldnt appoint some ex National League or League 2 player to give HIS opinion on Pep's tactics or what Liverpool are doing in a Champions league match. If BT are having a rethink they could start by ditching the dismal Michael Owen & Paul 'Eeyore' Scholes from their panels. Rio Ferdinand is on thin ice too for me.
