I think her ability to get wound up and react the way she did is the bigger concern in a practical medical sense. Over the substance of her words. Probably why she is no longer a front line nurse. Dealing with lots of medical people and ethics recently in terms of when you can ignore patient's statements in the case of old age and/or head trauma, so on my mind I guess. These are human beings, both in terms of not being manifestations of a sacred cow and but also having lots of failings and biases. Just trying to work through all sides."
