Irons - doubting the real power and influence of the LGA is hardly misinformation. And certainly not comparable to the initial misrepresentations you now accept as that. The LGA is what it is - the professional association for local authorities. It is evidently well-supported currently - that's not always been the case. Let's see how widely the recommendations of this guide are taken up by English councils - nearly 40 percent of which are Conservative controlled.
