Women are more likely to suffer domestic abuse but that doesn’t mean you need gender specific laws. Violence requires equal punishment no matter your gender.

The BRICS currency is definitely going to be an issue when you mix in the current 50tn USD debt that the USA has, I haven't completely thought this through yet, but if the BRICS countries can enable a multi-polar world using yuan, rupee and ruble etc as alternatives for international trade then there will be big change.
