Difficult to get up.in front of a class/ year group for an assembly initially, but, once you've done it a few times and know your subject it's a piece of piss.ive made up assemblies on the spot due to the arranged speaker not turning up. Same with cover lessons and I've done it so long now I haven't ""planned"" a lesson in years. (Aside from printing off graphs occasionally). Lineker only has to know a bit about football, have a few queations prepared. But also don't forget the talky bits only make up about 10% of MOTD. It's not like he has to do a 40 minute monologue. So yeah there could be thousands that could do it. Not millions, but definitely in the thousands. However he is a household name and liked by a lot of people. I can't stand the cսnt, but others do like him. He is horrendously overpaid however, from the licence fee. Which is for me a huge waste of public money which I think the bbc should be looking at spending more wisely or preferably reducing/cutting out altogether."
