Does the fee seem high? Yes. Am I pleased he's coming in? Yes. We have a pretty poor track record in recent years with CB's but this fella will be a safe bet and will almost certainly be the new skipper. Hopefully we will get circa 25 mil for the Moroccan and a few quid for Zouma.

Steinberg has said the loan request was a month ago and turned down and the word from the club is he will be playing for us next season. Will take ages to ban him if guilty as so many avenues of appeal
