"I'm known to be extremely unemotional and will take the piss instantly about anyone dying. Those last few episoeds of Band of Brothers though goose pimple me up big time, especially the end when it tells you all about what happened to those brave men. Goose pimpled now thinking about it and no programme will EVER beat this one. Absolutely magnificent. Last ever Blackadder and the going over the top gets me every time too. 2 World Wars are obviously my soft spot."

"I'm sure it has been said but the Band of Brothers box set is a must. My favourite TV ""event"" ever. For something a little lesser know Sports Night http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sports-Night-Complete-Series-Region/dp/B00006IRH9 The series Aaron Sorkin made before West Wing. Great dialogue and some great acting (Huffman and Macey especially), make-you-think funny. If you don't like Sorkin then probably steer clear as is very Sorkin, (though not in the worst way a la Studio 60)"

New American Horror starts soon. Would recommend the first 3 series for anyone who hasn't seen them. Gomorrah is getting better and better too.

You's need to get yourselfs onto love/hate. Season 3 is the best season of any show I've ever seen.

Anyone who ever gives up on Breaking Bad does so mid-way through Series 2. And everyone who perserveres through this (and it does not take long) ends up saying it is the best TV programme ever made. Do yourself a favour and stick with it. Awesome stuff.

I'm about to abandon Breaking Bad. I'm mid-way through the second SERIES and it just isn't doing it for me.
