Jonah Lomas 12:40 Tue Jul 14 Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell - read the book years ago and watched the tv series recently. I thought that the tv series was very good and did the book justice. Would recommend watching it.

"I need to watch all of Luther again and have not yet seen series 2 of the Killing. Been watching Humans on C4. Not too bad, though helped by the couple of birds in it."

"Deadwood was for me the greatest, or if you want to stretch the genre and go old school I Claudius. Justified and Shameless are good, Sons Of Anarchy and The Walking Dead (although good to start with) are bad. But the reason I'm answering now is, last week I saw part one of an Auusie one called Glitch which was very good. People rising from the grave but not as zombies attacking everyone. They talk etc and to begin with don't know they're dead. As I said it was only part one but it looks very promising (more so considering its Australian)."

Does anyone know where I can download the series of Gomorrah? Heard a lot about it and want to see what the fuss is all about. Cheers

"Went through Baltimore on the train to DC the other day, the first bit you see is the area where The Wire was based. Let's just say things haven't improved in the intervening years"

"I'm on the third box set of the Wire, love the show, really gritty, good stories and you really get to know the characters. Obviously it's TV but if you are born american and black in Baltimore your basically fucked."

"Grumpster 9:56 Fri Jul 10 Yeah I believe it was a BBC jobbie. The book was pretty cool I thought. Really quirky, humourous, and plain weird in places, so hopefully the series does it justice."
