"MMG Yes, I've just finished Bosch myself. Despite the central character clearly being a knock-off of Gibbs from NCIS, it was surprisingly good and I enjoyed it. 7/10 for me, but I'm a harsh marker. Obviously Umbrella Academy and The Boys are the best two recent things out there. The Boys probably nicks it for me, if only for one central character saying to the other, 'Have you caught a case of cսnt'. Or similar. More cunts than Deadwood, by the way, something of a triumph in itself."

"Finally finished Bosch. 8/10 Started Jack Ryan. Got 3 episodes in but gave up. Is it worth perservering with? Now watching Black Monday. Black comedy set a year before the '87 stock market crash. Only 3 episodes in, but very enjoyable so far."

"Someone recommended Queen's Gambit to me, but then I saw who plays the prodigy... I saw an advert for 'Emma' on a huge screen at the cinema and I found her face...confronting. I was quite literally pressing myself into the back of my seating panic. Eek!"

just finished Deadly Class which I thought was excellent. Another good graphic novel brought to the screen in the vein of The Boys and Umbrella Academy.
