Just got to the end of series 3 of Gomorrah... fuck me the bit on the boat with Genny and Ciro... I know it's all in subtitles but that is some seriously superb acting.... growing on me big time... well apart from every character you get to know gets shot in the back of the teeth

"Ted, instead of KODI I now use the Cinema HD app for all TV and Films, much quicker and a better user interface. Recommend you give it a go, it's a peace of piss to install on a Firestick as well."

JAC 1:25 Thu Mar 10 Re: Tv Box sets thread again - recommendation pls Finished Gomorrah...its the only thing I've ever watched that I didn't want to end. Gutted from Shenfield. We've just got to series 4 but all the options on Kodi's sub titles are French FFS up until now we've loved it.

Jac. I finished Gomorrah last weekend. I'm not sure tv can get any better. From the first to the very last episode it was magnificent.

"Toe - it’s not a one off mate, second series has been ordered. Manuel - as said, no need at all. I watched Yellowstone all the way through before 1883. I am jealous of people who get to see Yellowstone for the first time"

Completely stand alone. Only share a history and a surname so no problem to watch in any order.

"Iron Duke, its brilliant isn't it. Fezco is a brilliant character and the guy who plays him had never acted before and was cast straight off the street in New York. A casting director just saw him walking along and approached him, crazy as he is one of the best actors in it. Some proper gash in it to."

"Just finished 1883 the prequel/origin story for the Dutton family from Yellowstone. Stand alone one off series, you don't need to have seen Yellowstone to enjoy. One of the best things I've watched this year absolutely stunning TV. So well written and acted too,"

"Peaky Blinders started off well, I thought. They handled the death of Polly as well as they could given the circumstances."
Re: Tv Box sets thread again - recommendation pls
Just finished the second season Euphoria and it is simply brilliant. Can be a bit confusing at times with the timelines as they can jump around but the show is really moving and some brilliant acting. The score in it is fantastic to and fits amazingly through both seasons.

If you are a fan of Diane Morgan (Phillamena Kunck) I heartily recommend 'Mandy' on the iPlayer. The second series is funnier than the first and SO absurd. I know that comedy is a personal point of view and maybe you'll think it is shit but every episode only lasts about fifteen minutes and parts have me laughing my head off. Start with 'Fatburg' in series two and see if it's for you.

"Just finished The Tourist on BBC. Started well, the went pear shaped with an episode and a half of exposition. Would have been so much better as a 4 parter instead of a six."

If you can watch 1883 before watching Yellowstone as someone on here suggested you can find it on Kodi but not sure where else. https://www.tvguide.com/news/when-how-to-watch-1883-new-episodes/
