Into series two of four, sort of noir/detective/plotting in pre-Nazi Weimar Germany with a lot of sex in decadent nightclubs and street violence between the far right and communists. Bit of Bryan Ferry too, doing the nightclub crooning, unexpectedly."

House of Dragons. I’m going to save ten hours of your life. It’s a fantasy show. Written by Doris’s for screaming blue hair Doris’s. It’s has a couple bloody birth scenes. And a few CGI Dragons. Not a patch on the original source material. But it was this. Or the Amazon take on Lord of the Rings.

Just finishing SAS: Rogue Heroes and although I completely agree that this could have been done in a different way and been our Band of Brothers and my god would I have loved to have seen it shot that way it is still a very entertaining series. Jack O'Connell is first class in it.
