"Gem's on the old roof rack these days, bang on the brown. and Swiss, you're massively wrong. Top Boy is brilliant regardless of whether you like the way they speak etc its accurate to how the 'yoof' of today speak and act. I think its a brilliant bit of British tv. Russ, love Schitts Creak. Catherine O'Hara is magnificent in it, comedy genius."

"Swiss. 2:17 Wed Aug 23 Arthritis in my feet and the fallout from an incident when a woman who couldn't speak a word of English (and looked like she'd be far happier rummaging about on a Bangladeshi rubbish dump picking old PCs to pieces to extract the copper than behind the wheel of her mum's Motability Mercedes) hit me from behind at 40mph as I was cycling to the Palace game at the London Stadium almost exactly two years ago. Smashed my pelvis, broke six ribs and drove away leaving me unconscious in the road. If it wasn't for some good old West Ham supporters dragging me out of the road and getting her registration I might not be here today. The cսnt has only just admitted liability after telling the police and insurance company some outrageous lies. Still, here we are..."

I've been looking at old series as most he recent stuff is shite. I really tried Succession but it didn't stick. Billions the same after 3 seasons though I found it repeatitive and Axel and Chuck's rivalry a bit too uch. The bald bird ruinied it as well. Wags and Dollar were good supporting characters. Now watching Spooks for the first time as I was out of the UK most of the time it was shown. Pretty good stuff.

"Actually Oxycontin is a pretty good drug as long as you DON'T take it as prescribed. I get 20mgs slow release which is supposed to provide 12 hours of pain relief and absolutely doesn't. My mistake that led to the severe withdrawal was after being on it for a couple of years I decided to take it as I was supposed to, just swallow it every twelve hours. The thing is that it really tightens up its tentacles if you do that and after about eight hours you start to watch the clock, craving another pill. The older I get the more I don't listen to doctors who lets face it have never taken a painkiller in their lives. They live by the BMF and LOVE you having no agency over your own body. 'yes doctor I took it and after about an hour I was ..' 'no mr Chim it doesn't work like that '. 'well who would know, me or you'? So if you DO get prescribed it (you poor bastard) crunch up the slow release pills with your teeth and take a couple of paracetamol as well. That gives good pain relief and withdrawal is pretty easy, particularly if you have other painkillers backing it up. I took 30mgs yesterday and six paracetamol, did 24000 steps on my fucked feet and although I couldn't say I feel brand new life is much more doable on the 10mgs I have taken today. Long story short, don't be afraid to take Oxycontin as it's a good painkiller, just don't listen to your doctor!"

"Chim, I'm shocked to read that Oxycontin is still being prescribed, and wish you well on that hellish medicine. Back to box sets. As a writer I know how hard it is to create a good ending, therefore, as a viewer, I detest that after investing six hours watching a series that the ending is shit. It's all about structure. Structure, structure, structure. I've just finished Wolf (iPlayer), and what could have been a great series was ruined by the piss poor exposition filled last episode. Show, don't tell, is a major rule in writing. It's a shame, as it's full of really good performances."

"As someone on 90mgs a day of Oxycontin I'd say Dopesick is far superior to Painkiller. Dopesick won 21 awards and was a labour of love for Michael Keaton, one of the most underrated actors of his generation because he lost his favourite nephew to it. As far as I can see, Painkiller wants to make the sassy black woman the hero of the piece (she's also in Dopesick) and Dopesick the tiny company of God-fearing, no swearing law firm from middle America who Purdue Pharma ruthlessly attacked to try and shut them up Watch either as it's a story that tells you what's coming next to the NHS and it needs to be told. Yesterday when Ariola saved that penalty I felt NOTHING and decided there and then to cut down on Oxycontin. I didn't take any after that and woke screaming at 4am with my entire body crippled by cramp. I grabbed 30mgs and within an hour and a half was back in control. Awful. So please watch one or the other as it's amongst us already."
