"M Night Shyamalan’s latest film Old is worth a watch. An interesting premise not greatly executed, which will divide opinion but still a unique story."

Soldo The glider piece is good. But there's another approx. 2hrs of the film. Also please try to understand English. I said I was disappointed after the trailers I'd seen not that I didn't rate it. Mary Millimgton Yeah I always call her Roswell not Rowsell. Point taken.

Oh well is Swiss does not rate it you know it's gonna be pretty good... About the Glider piece here... https://www.forbes.com/sites/sebastienroblin/2021/10/19/glider-crash-in-the-forgotten-battle-on-netflix-is-pure-nightmare-fuel/?sh=5f6881644c6e
Re: 2020 Movies (now including 2021 and 2022)
Quite disappointed in the Forgotten Battle to be honest. Not much action really. That Dutch actress Susan Radder is well pretty.Reminds me a bit of Ellie Roswell of Wolf Alice.

"Just came back from seeing Venom 2. I enjoyed it, it seemed to embrace the comedy elements more."
Re: 2020 Movies (now including 2021 and 2022)
"Venom 2 is very good, very funny, well worth a watch even if you didn't like the first one. It's essential Hardy play's the cookie monster, and I mean that in a good way"

"Manuel 3:17 Sun Oct 3 Just watched Bull at the London Film Festival and I think the majority of people on this site will LOVE it. If you liked Kill List, Dead Man's shoes or Down Terrace you'll love it. Cockney bloke goes after the Scotish cսnt who took his son away. I loved it."

"If you like Gyllenhall then watch another underrated film called Nightcrawler. Anyone lucky enough to have seen Ghostbusters yet? Must admit I’m nervous for it, such a massive fan of the original and hope they get the vibe right."
Re: 2020 Movies (now including 2021 and 2022)
"Zico, Jake Gyllenhaal is far from underrated. He is however very picky about the roles he takes, like his sister, Maggie. He's turned down some massive roles in all of those comic book films in favour of Indie cinema. Still made many, many millions going down that route though, so I wouldn't feel too sorry for him."
Re: 2020 Movies (now including 2021 and 2022)
"I watched The Father with Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Coleman. What I mean to say is they were acting in the film. I didn’t literally watch it together with them in the room. Anyway, the film is very clever the way it fucks with your head. Brilliant performances all round."

"CAM version of the Bond on Kodi, thought I’d watch the intro as they’re usually short and action packed, it’s 25 minutes before the credits roll. Longest intro I’ve ever seen, official! Good set up for the film though"
Re: 2020 Movies (now including 2021 and 2022)
saw The Many Saints of Newark last night. What to say. I like the Sopranos but not a massive fan. Still was intreging. Was to tbh very disapointed as very little goes on for 2hrs. Alessandro Nivola almost carries the movie and I'm a big fan of him (Best Laid Plans 1999 is am excellent thriller in my top 20 a must see) Of course plenty of Wokrness with the Black NY riots. Which has has fuck alll to do with the plot. Luckily as downloaded I could fw thru that shit.

"Irish The opening is superb and the cinematography throughout is excellent too It’s quite an off kilter way to end the Craig era though - since casino royals they’ve tried to make it more gritty and real and this one is really fast laced and very jokey. Agreed, the end is odd too - not just what happens but the reasoning behind it as well. And I’m still not exactly sure what remi malek’s character was actually trying to really do! But it’s well worth watching and at the cinema - nearly three hours but it flew by"
