NFL (since 2016)
"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Re: 2016 NFL Season
Love the way we beat up the Bronco's last night. Reggie has built a great roster and it's young in a lot of places which means we're going to get better. No one has put over 200 yards rushing on the Bronco's for 5 years and the defense was pretty shit hot as well.
Re: 2016 NFL Season
Other than those teams everyone else might be better off playing for Draft picks... Apart from the Rams who gave their first round one away for a QB they won't even play.

Re: 2016 NFL Season
I can't see much beyond the Patriots again this year. The form book suggests the championship games will be Raiders @ Patriots Falcons @ Cowboys Can't write off Chiefs/Broncos or Packers though. Other than those teams everyone else might be better off playing for Draft picks...

Re: 2016 NFL Season
The thing between Beckham and Norman last year has done neither player any favours whatsoever. Both of them were idiots. Certainly both seem to be treated a bit different by the officials as a result as well.

"yes mate, at our place. one big bonus for you is the nfl hate us and referees penalise us on almost every drive and the commissioner Goodell clearly has an agenda against Josh Norman. he's fined him again this week for comment a he made after the Bengals game. it's almost a weekly thing now with the cսnt punishing him for various things. we're also missing our best tackle Trent Williams for four weeks after missing a drug test"

Re: 2016 NFL Season
I reckon anyone on here could have a monster game against us shorty. Seriously believe even the browns would beat us. Don't think the saints had had a run over 20 yards all season and we give Ingram (who is pretty average) a 75 yarder.

"yes, that was one of the all time great moments when everyone thought those cunts were about to draft him"
Re: 2016 NFL Season
Jones and Manziel would have been unforgettable together. ( The war room footage. When Johnny was on the clock is fucking priceless.!) As for the Browns. They never seem to have a long term plan. Always chopping and changing. Don't help. And any coach worth there salt. Steers well clear.

Re: 2016 NFL Season
Poor talent evaluation or just poor luck? To be fair Quinn was a slide they traded their second pick for. Manziel had bad news written all over him though. I'm gutted Jerry Jones didn't pick him actually.

"they have a bad habit of drafting dogs hit QBs in the first round (Couch, Quinn, Weedon, Manziel)"

Re: 2016 NFL Season
"It's staggering how the Browns can continue being so utterly shit, year on year. To actually not ever get any better despite having very high picks in the draft almost every spring is some talent. What a terrible front office and scouting network they must have."
