NFL (since 2016)

"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"I think he's average, he had a really good season 2 years ago when they had Sanu, Green and Eifert all together until he got injured right before the playoffs. He does have a bad habit of wilting under the pressure of any important or primetime game though. Think they need to sack Jeremy Hill off and let Joe Mixon take over the running game full time as he is clearly the more talented runner even if he is a scumbag."

"they lost their 2 best offensive linemen in the offseason and to be fair have faced 2 of the best defences in the league, but I don't understand their thinking. AJ green had 64 yards by half time and then with both of Houston's top 2 cornerbacks out by the end of the third quarter he didn't have a single reception afterwards. targeting absolute nobodies with the game on the line."

Gonna be a long season for the Bengals. Two home games and not looked like getting a TD in either. Dalton is shite.

I guarantee you'll have a better record than us TK. We managed a field goal against what is basically a very average Panthers team.

"Grumps, Cook is definitely the listed RB1 now for the Vikes - assuming the Vikes don't fuck around and give the 2 yard redzone run ins to the veteran bulldozer types."

"I was more angry that I tipped up Stewart and forgot to do him for the first TD of the second half like I normally do. 9/1 thrown away there - cսnt! We are proper shit, though the Bengals looked diabolical as well."

"Is this Dalvin fella going to start ahead of Latavius Murray then? Murray's odds look fucking huge at 17's for first TD considering he's a beast and is against a dog shit defence, though that only works if he plays."

"Double - yup, can't see a way back unless Cook has a major debut like Kareem Hunt the other night. Bit underwhelming scores in general - not many TDs for the recognised stars in Week 1."

Packers have got away with fucking murder the way they've been holding and interfering with Seahawks receivers. I'd be fucking furious if I was a hawks fan.
