NFL (since 2016)

"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"Niners need to strengthen the interior of the O line, a center and Guard as well as a red zone threat WR. Courtland Sutton in The draft is the big bodied beast of a WR that stands out. On Defense we need a pass rusher and a Corner. We have the draft picks and cap room to fill all areas of need. Joshua Jackson is the Top rated Corner that should be available when we pick. Bradley Chubb the top rated pass rusher will probably be gone. Dallas do not have the Cap room to re-sign Demarcus Lawrence, he's still young, he'll do. Looking good for next year!"

"Funny Grumpster, I'll be cheering on the Rams too this post season. Although I understand why the Rams fans are a little worried, just when they thought they were gonna dominate the NFC west the Niners go out and get a Gunslinger. $116 million in Cap room this year is no joke either. I would imagine the top free agents will be excited at the Idea of playing for Niners next year."

I wonder if Alex Smith will end up leaving the Chiefs at the end of the season? He's probably the best QB in the league based on this year's STATS but Mahomes looked an outstanding prospect in yesterday's game. It's ridiculous that amount of power he generates in his throws with such little effort.

"Saints limped in. Probably too injured and too young in most places to do any real damage in the playoffs. That said it is not a bad draw to get to the NFC Championship at least. Seems to have the Panthers number and will have Dome advantage then if the Rams can do the business against the Dirty Birds, the Eagles look super anemic. So whoever are the Rams fans out there, I am with you Saturday."

"The only plus side for the Jets was that the new FS-SS duo of Adams (1st round pick last year) and Maye (2nd round pick) look like a very strong pairing in the backfield. And Len Williams is a beast on the defensive line - we have not missed Richardson or Wilkerson or their egos. But absolutely no progress whatsoever on offense - yet again. You can't win games if you can't score points, something that all Jets fans are tiring of saying, but which the management and owners seem to misunderstand every single year. With no outstanding QB in the draft (some promising-looking QBs, though), Jets have a huge decision to make in the off-season: whether to splash their enormous salary cap space on a high-money free agent QB such as Cousins, or whether to pick - and develop - yet another unproven play caller."

"Yet another barely-mitigated season for the Jets - and they couldn't even be shite enough to secure the top pick in the draft! Yet again, NYJ has failed to discern the key issue for any NFL franchise: whether it has a decent-level starting QB on its books. McCown did better than expected as an over-paid one-season fill-in before breaking his hand, Petty was given three games to show what he had and failed to deliver - and the enigma that is Christian Hackenberg (2nd round pick two years ago) once again did not throw a pass."

"Yes nutsin, that's the spirit! Very odd that after literally winning 2 out of about 25 games, we're now in a nice little confidence boosting run. Jimmy has won his first 7 games as a starter (I think), but still a little way to go to beat the record."

"Niners will sign Jimmy Gunslinger to a multi year contract. He's the new face of the franchise. With plenty of cap room the Niners can afford to make a major splash in Free Agency. Sammy Watkins wide receiver and Demarcus a Lawrence edge rusher are available, coupled with a top ten pick in the draft The future is looking bright. Oh and make no mistake about it, the Niners would have crushed the Rams starters today. Just as well they rested them, They're confidence would've been shot going into next weeks playoff game if they'd have played all their starters."
