NFL (since 2016)

"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

I sat quite near the sideline once for the very first game in London- didn't really like it. Couldn't really see what was going on at all! I've gone upper tier every time since.

"I always sit upper tier behind one of the end zones. Cheapest seats and you can really see all the plays developing. It's like watching coaches game tape, almost."

"Hermit, I did enjoy it and luckily it was up there with the best games we've had over here but its really worth spending a bit more to be in the lower seats. where I was resembled the bowl for distances to the players. fair play to the NFL though who recognised remembrance day before kick off, that was impressive and very respectful"

"A bus, 3 trains and a tube to Twickers, which on a Sunday when some trains only run every 30 mins is a slut, especially if you have to wait 29 mins for one. Couple of decent games this year, has to be said."

"Redskins game went to overtime, it took over an hour to get in to Wembley stadium because of queues and the stop/start wardens"

"That's the key really isn't it. As long as you're not bothered about staying to the end which is usually pointless anyway given most games, then it's a piece of piss getting back."

"Wembley has been pretty good for the NFL because a lot of the games are so shit there that people leave in dribs and drabs so you dont get a crush at the end. I've never been to Twickenham for gridiron because I hate the journey whenever I've done it for the rugby. Would've done it for an Eagles game, not for a neutral one though."

SEen as the raiders knew they wanted Gruden and didn't even interview anyone else (I believe) then I don't think they should have to comply with the rule. I suppose they could have said to the NFL they were only interested in one candidate but everyone knew. It would have been a waste of time anyone else interviewing.

guess I'm licky considering where I live but Twickenham and Wembley are both great for me. For Twickenham I just got the overground and then walked 25 mins to the stadium from Richmond. No crowds no delays no hassle. It was really good. As long as you avoid the crowds on the way out Wembley is pretty good too.

Why are there only 3 games in London next year? I thought they were looking to move to 5 next year?

Looks like the shitcunt Raiders are in trouble with the NFL for hiring Gruden without interviewing an ethnic first. They breached the Rooney rule..... so fucking retarded what's going on with all this nonsense.

"Yeah well Twickenham has one small crappy station, at least at WHL you have a choice of three BR stations plus Seven Sisters on the tube"
