If they win against the 49ers (even if the Rams win) they will have a chance to catch the Rams due to the head to head tie break. (They could catch the Saints, if the Saints lose their last two as well.) If they lose week 16, they can be caught the next week by the Cowboys, (due to conference record tie break).
