NFL (since 2016)

"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

As I'm in LA next week it would be rude not to support the Rams.

"Yeah Mike he looks very solid, clearly not all the way healthy yet after doing his ACL either as he doesn't have that burst to pull away from defenders int he open field yet but he's been very solid. Need him to get more involved int he passing game though as the stats are pretty staggering when you look at almost every time he's on the field he gets the ball in a run, just seems that teams can't stop it currently even though they know it's coming. Would like to see them set that up early and then pull some play action and get Gronk down the seam and take advantage of the linebackers and safeties which is where I think the weakness of the Rams D is. Would also like to see them have a lot of short dumpoffs to Edelman, Hogan and dorsett and bait Peters & talib on the outside because they can't help themselves, then throw in a double move and watch them stor open down the sideline for a big play. Peters in particular cannot resists the chance at an interception and is very vulnerable to a double move. Just not sure the Pats have the receivers or Brady has the arm strength to take advantage of a big play down field"

ooooh Morley Morley 2:08 Fri Feb 1 Cunts are obsessed with giving it to winning QB's even if they have average games and only 6 RB's have won it in history.

That's the rationale behind a lot of half time acts though isn't it. The blokes that actually want to watch the game can go off and have a piss or a smoke or some food (or turn the telly over like I do) while it gives a reason for the aforementioned other demographics to have some interest in the game. There have been a couple of decent ones in the not too distant past I remember though: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Springsteen The Who The rest have all been awful. Apart from Katy Perry who I watched not really for the music.

"As I've known that cսnt Mr Burns about 35 years, I guess I'll have to support those Rams slags. And let's be honest, I'm sure that Brady is probably a half decent chap away from the sport, but within in with that utter cսnt Belichik, they are impossible to like. There's only one thing about this years Superbowl that I hate more - Maroon fucking 5 as the halftime band. If anyone who isn't a child, woman or poof likes them, they need to throw themselves under a train, as life clearly isn't for them."

If Brady suffers a gruesome career ending injury. That'll probably do it. Unless Belichick wants to see if he can win one with another quarterback. Given how well they did with Cassell it's definitely possible.

"For the record, I'm still trying to work out a way in which everybody loses and yet Brady and Belichick retire after the game. It's taking a while, but I'm nearly there. The problem I'm having is that almost all of the scenarios so far are at least a little bit illegal."

Going the Pats. Only because it foolish to bet against them. (Unless they are playing a NFC East team) And it would be good to see the McCourty brothers win it.
