NFL (since 2016)

"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Crystal will hate me for it. But I can see Brown ending up with the Patriots. He's the type of basket case Bill Belicheck loves to get the best out of.

Brown has come out and apologised. Of course he's going to play. Even Brown not a big enough idiot to walk away from £15 million for not showing up.

"I'm not surprised, he seems too high maintenance for most coaches/gms. looking at cap space, the colts & browns have the most money available but I don't see cleveland needing him, so his options could be limited"

Who got Antonio Brown. The absolute farce that's happening at the Raiders is entertaining from the outside but surely he wont play a game for them.

"Burnsy, Gurley has Gout, Goff is bang average, so are your Wide Receivers, your O-Line is a major weakness. You better hope Darnold can play offense and Defense this year, otherwise you don't have a prayer"

Max Unger was a solid centre in an elite OL but retired at the right time. (The kid McCoy might kick on from that) The pick and then even the pick for the guy they got with the pick have been next to nothing. Still Saints might have got the better deal.

That slaphead was 20/1 for first TD. Couldn't get better than 6 or 7 when he was at the saints. Always unusual how shit many offensive players are when moving teams.

"Burnsy, Yes, I did say the same thing last year but we got struck by the injury curse, we lost our starting Running Back just before the season began and our QB in the 3rd game....Won't happen this year though..... Expect a prolific offense and a dominant D, lead by the best pass rush in the NFL...... I know you are worried as you should be.... Goff scares nobody!"

Lawrence looks as though he could be the real deal. He is also a good Christian boy so is not going to go down the Johnny Maziel rabbit hole. Another guy who might be fantastic on that team is Jutsyn Ross; big wide recever and quickish (not Tyreek Hill quick). He has very good hands and also makes a handy slot reveiver so has definitely learned the routes. His party trick is a killer sidestep that put safeties and corners on their arses.

"Lawrence almost looks NFL ready right now - and he won't be drafted until 2021. The biggest problem that kid has is staying healthy and focused. He's already hit a massive peak - his challenge is going to be staying focused on college football for the best part of two more seasons. A few QBs have been in that position in the past and lost their focus/desire, or done silly things on/off the pitch because they're bored."

God I hope not! I've spent enough of my life waiting for Brady's knees to finally give out. Why do you think we introduced him to Giselle in New York? The Jets thought she might literally blow his mind and knacker him out. Didn't work! ;-)

"Don't go writing off young Jared Stidham to continue on where Brady leaves off, he looked great in training camp and the preseason by all accounts, so good that they were comfortable cutting Brian hoyer and going with Stidham as the only on the QB on the roster. Couple more seasons learning under the ""GOAT"" and in a Bellichick/McDaniels offence he could turn out to be a very good quality starter and the Dynasty just goes on and on and on ;)"
