NFL (since 2016)

"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"Grumpster 11:44 Mon Oct 12 Just watched back the Dolphins game and several thing struck me. 49ers secondary is terrible (I know they are on their second string) Jimmy G is still injured, he can't plant and push off his right foot properly. Their O-Line is porous and CJ Beatheard (bad though he is) was given a hospital pass. Ryan Fitzpatrick still has a cannon arm at his age and is great fun to watch. If the'Fins stop the run they can give anyone a game."

"Hermit Road 2:08 Mon Oct 12 If you're kicking for the extra points (including a drop goal), then you have to snap from the 15 yard line, not the 2.5 yard line."

"Be plenty more whoopings for the niners in the coming weeks I'm sure. Half the D are out injured and unfortunately it's all the good ones and the poor sods are on the field a lot due to the fact we don't have a very good QB. I know nutsin is a fan of Jimmy G, but the bloke is bang average for me and without having any properly decent receivers other than kittle to get him out of trouble, he'll be found out more often probably. Season was over the second Bosa was ruled out, but a bit 9f fight would be nice. Seahawks will piss the division."

"I just saw a video on youtube of the NE drop kick in 2006. It got me thinking, if you are still allowed to do it for a 2 point PAT, why aren't they doing it all of the time. It seems like a pretty easy way of getting 2 points."

I think the only question left for both NY teams this season is who wins the race to the bottom to get Trevor Lawrence?

"All you need to know about the New York Jets, Adam Gase and our incompetent owners (who constantly appoint fucktards like Gase) is that we became the first club in modern history to punt the ball twice in the first five minutes of a match while on 4th and 1. It's just one stat in a game awash with stats. Yet it says absolutely everything about the top-to-bottom incompetence of the entire franchise. EVERYTHING the Jets are currently was summed-up by that one fact. And, this week, I'll rant no more..!"

Where is Nutsy? He goes missing as much as the 49ers secondary. Quick to dish it out when they win though. Poor form.

"Takashi Miike 10:02 Mon Oct 12 Out of Boston College I believe Miike. He is very good and they drafted a guy called Jordan Fuller, another safety, who looks equally as good. I think Johnson might be a bit too expensive for us to keep after this season though unfortunately."

Yeah. He'd have been in a lot more pain if it were broken rather than dislocated.

Thanks Not a career ender but awful at the time. Lawrence Dellaglio had a horrible fracture dislocation where his foot was pointing backwards and went on to win the world cup. It will take a good while to get back.

"I think its dislocated rather than broken. On the CBS coverage they showed the footage 4 or 5 times so I got to see him grip his calf and bang the foot against the turf multiple times, presumably in an effort to knock it back in."

Broken or dislocated ankle. Although from the way Romo and Nantz are going on about it you'd think he actually died on the field.
