"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"Rashad was a superb receiver. Looked like a running back, wore the number of a running back, bashed cornerbacks around like a running back - but he was a receiver. Damn good hands and always found space."

"FC I did not know there was a Rashad connection there. Interesting. Was looking it up based on this and lots of NFL (or football in general) acting connections. Like the Rock, Carl Weathers played in the CFL. Burt Reynolds was decent running back in college, apparently. I forgot Terry Crews played quite a few NFL games. Sloth in Goonies. OJ of course.. Bunch of actors I never knew were players as well."

"irons, Tarkenton was just before my time, when I lived there, ""Ten Minute"" Tommy Kramer was the QB You may have seen the Cosby show in which Cosby's on screen wife is played by Phylicia Rashad his wife The standout catch of Rashad's career came in a December 1980 game against the Cleveland Browns. Vikings quarterback Tommy Kramer threw a Hail Mary pass to RashƒÅd that resulted in a come-from-behind 28""ì23 victory and a Central Division title for the Vikings. This became known as ""The Miracle at the Met"", or, alternatively, ""The Miracle Catch"". RashƒÅd also has the distinction of the longest play from scrimmage that didn't score a touchdown: 98 yards in a 1972 game against the Rams. Not a fan of Bradshaw but I do like Howie Long"

"Forget that people like Rashad had very decent to great careers before being broadcasters. Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long - same Strahan - more recent so I tend to remember him playing. Never really knew Fran Tarkenton as anything except a host of That's Incredible."

"Cook is the first Vikings player to score 4 TDs in a game since Ahmad Rashād in 1979 Bit of trivia for you, Ahmad Rashād was born Bobby MOORE, he changed his name when he converted to being a Muslim"

I'm on target for my lowest fantasy score by some distance...unless the Eagles defence can keep bringing the heat on that CFB QB that the cowboys are playing with.

Chargers have been leading by at least 16 points in each of their last 4 games..... they lost them all.

Have actually got a bet on us to lose by 30 tonight. Got 20 players out injured (all the good ones) and garropolo is playing injured due to the other options being about as good as me and he cant throw properly because of it and in reality he isn't brilliant anyway. Unfortunately the seahawks have an extremely easy run this season as we're physically fucked and the rams and arizona aren't great.

the niners have a tight end like kittle yet that count garoppolo has only connected with him once against a poor defence. maybe it's shanahan jr calling the plays that's the problem?
